In this episode, I and Chef Tamz decided to play around with very familiar ingredients and flavours that we both loved.
As most people won’t believe, my fav dish is noodles and Chef Tamz also has a fondness for the dish.
We then asked ourselves, how can we elevate our noodles by giving it a gourmet touch without making it too complex and unfamiliar, and well, Chef Tamz decided to go on Wizard mode and created soft magic in a plate adding a lot of flavour and texture elements to the dish
