Absolutely great trailer - tent bed combo. Also great pairing with a tote to carry load on top, because its quick to remove tote and setup. The advantage over traditional touring/camping setups is use on wet ground, and parking lot camping. The latter pairs well with ebikes that have high recharge needs. Non traditional touring destinations might be golf outings, and winery tours, and migrant labour... daytime activites where businesses might benefit from letting customers use empty overnight parking lot. There are 2 alternatives to this cheap trailer bed tent. A standalone bed tent is lighter. It won't be as wide, 4 doors, and have the headroom, and you still need a bike trailer to take by bike. But you can add it to your trailer (2nd person) or put in a car, and still a great general camping solution. Wider expensive pop up tent trailers marketed often for motorcycles/small cars are just too expensive and heavy and wide. Much larger tent, though. Xpedition is a great bike for its high battery capacity. Anioki A8 with a spare battery would be insanely more. Fast 8a charging built in. Xpedition a cheaper setup, and power station is a turnkey solution, that for touring, lighter custom electronics would leverage lighter, more compact, ebike batteries that also provide better electric efficiency, and direct transportation range.
