In today's video, I show you Einstein's daily routine and let you know how I got on giving it a try for a week. Trying Einstein's morning routine was a lot of fun, so I'd quite to do more videos like this where I try other productive daily routines. I love mushrooms. I'm sorry you don't, but I guess there's more for me! I also really like hens. They are so sweet and try to eat your shoelaces. I look forward to having space for hens of my own and enjoying their nourishing gifts. There is no need to force yourself to eat things that you don't enjoy.
Ah it was all just a sort of experiment! 99% of the time I stick to food I know I'll enjoy, but making videos like this means I do have to try some new things which is always fun.

During Covid, I was surprised to find on youtube, a woman cleaning her home and showing products and clean equip for the job. Gosh, you could do surgery in her bathroom is was no clean. I was mesmerized by watching her.

Cats love fresh flowing water, so a water fountain is ideal! It helps keep them hydrated too, which should hopefully mitigate some f the most common issues in cats, like kidney disease. And congratulations Junior on your first sponsorship!

I like all your videos so far George. Firstly, you are genuinely funny. Your one-liners are great. i haven't chuckled as much on any YT video. Also, your softer voice and slower speaking cadence is really easy to listen to and I find that scots who speak faster are harder for me to understand. production quality is solid and getting better with each vid. Congratulations JR for your first sponsor. Well done. I have food issues too. Instead of trying someone else's idea of an ideal meal, why not just take the concept and make it your own. If you prefer oatmeal for breakfast, then do that. I think the idea of this was to try his time periods for getting things accomplished. Take that and customize it to yourself. Instead of coffee (nasty stuff) try hot chocolate? Just my thoughts. Do what works for you. Thank you for sharing your experience. :) Stay warm, spend time with JR and See you in the next one.

Hi George! Very nice and funny video. Here in Brazil everyone drinks coffee all the time and people think it's weird that I don't like It (I like the smell though). You should show us your only daily routine. - oh God, it's difficult to write in English when the corrector keeps trying to transform everything in Portuguese. Anyway, another wonderful video. I look forward for the next one and I am never disappointed.

I read somewhere that cats are genetically predisposed to drink running water, and eschew still water in bowls which could be contaminated, an old survival skill that is still in their DNA. Great little fountain for Junior should take care of hydration issues! But if you are serious about drinking coffee, please try percolated coffee with milk or cream, it will taste like coffee ice cream, especially if you add sugar. Also glad to learn that Einstein watched The Office, lol. Cheers~

The one I have makes a loud sucking/gurgling noise when it’s low on water and I think it disturbs everyone in the house… 😆Brilliant video and such a cool idea to try different people’s daily routines, and you made it very enjoyable to watch. I don’t blame you on the mushrooms. They can be rough. I cook them a lot but I always douse them in herbs and spices and then mix them into other things like spaghetti sauces and whatnot, which changes the flavor and consistency. But some people just don’t have a taste for them and that’s totally fine too! As far as coffee, I drink mine with non-dairy French vanilla creamer and it’s quite the sweet treat haha.
Next daily routine recommendation? Carl Jung (godfather of art therapy and psychology). Because he started his days by saying good morning to his kitchen utensils 😮🍳

This was a fun video, very amusing. Love your sense of humor and descriptive colorful narratives. I think, I like Einstein's daily schedule; I am a coffee drinker, vegetarian and dislike beans also. You'd like coffee more by adding a bit of cream, I love coffee but can't drink it black.

hey, fyi the yolk is not any part of a baby bird. It is in fact a food store for a chick if the egg was to be fertilized, which comercial Chickens do not have access to roosters. good video.

I'm curious how Einstein felt about slippers since he didn't like socks. I hate socks with threads on the inside. I've thought about wearing decorative socks over solid socks to not let the strings touch me.

5:33 You'd be surprised how much energy even your body has stored. Skipping lunch doesn't necessarily mean reducing overall calorie intake. It means longer phases of unburdening the body from digestion and keeping autophagy a familiar thing.
But if you have a high-fat low-carb diet, you'd also have plenty of energy reserve in your digestive tract. And liver reserves last for a while, too.
I once started water fasting at 63 kg body weight, fasted for 4.5 days, did sporty bicycling almost daily, and eventually at 57 kg I felt distinct physical weakness kick in and ended the fasting there, although maybe that was merely the point where the body would have started tapping into fatty tissue reserves. And mentally I was still alright at that point.
6:23 Overcoming your fear of beans would be a good beginner exercise for self-empowerment. - Trust me, they cannot really harm you unless you treat some toxic types really badly.
My personally preferred, sadly not feasible daily (non-)routine would probably be Karl Marx style. Since Marx was surveilled by state security, there are detailed records of what that looked like. He would have a daydreaming, slacking phase, musing, dangling the soul, then when that brought about ideas, creative impulse, he would work devotedly on that until he felt he could really fall asleep easily. It kinda contrasts the nature-imposed static day cycle with the flexible free mind style. (Of course, both have their purpose, depending on the individual's way of life.)

I’d love to see any more daily routine videos you care to try. They are always interesting when people do them but because you live in such a different place than most and your commentary is always so spot on and insightful there will always be an extra level of interest. Historical figures will always be of interest to me personally, I loved your observations in this one about Einsteins viewing habits ! But an interesting contrast would also be some one who lives in a totally different country/environment/lifestyle. Perhaps you could consider finding a collaboration partner to mirror their life for the day.

This was a fun video to watch! Couldn't tell if you were joking or half serious about the baby bird guilt, but to ease your guilt just know that if you're eating a chicken egg it probably wasn't fertilized so no baby bird guilt to be had! Now if you're getting local eggs from someone who has a rooster, then you might not know if there's funny business going on, but even still most eggs will be unscathed :)
