Good adjustments, a real gonstead chiropractor , great job doc
Whats frightening is that this has been misdiagnosed as SI pain for decades. I have suffered with pain in the area for over 20 years. Only this week found out that this is Bertolotti syndrome and is a congenital defect. There are surgical options to complete remove the fused bone. Creates room for the nerve and reduces or removes the pain.
I'm very concerned about anything surgical. Fused bones are usually not the problem. Finding a great chiropractor would be my first option.
@@myencinitaschiro Have you heard of Bertolotti Syndrome? I have been seeing a great chiro for general alignment and wholeheartedly endorse the services. In my case however this never solved my underlying problem which was a bilateral Bertolotti Syndrome. This can be corrected in a number of ways. My Chiro never suggested that this could be a source of the pain and just treated my SI joint. Its important that people are made aware of their options.
@@roobone1978 Many people, including the ones you've seen here and their xrays, also have had a transitional lumbosacral segment. At least 10% of our clients have it. Getting adjusted is all I know that can help. Chances are your condition is not caused by an SI joint dysfunction
Awesome information! Very helpful, please make more videos!
What happens if the doctor does not have an X-Ray machine?
Since one side is fused, will the issue keep recurring and predispose the rest of the spine to misalignment?
That’s what’s happening to me…
Yes, I have this, and no matter what adjustments you do, the misalignment remains. The collateral damage in my spine is bad now, no way could I get that adjustment done. I couldn’t even lay on the table!!! 😢
I have a transitional vertebrae that has hounded me for years, yet every doctor I see says it’s nothing and nothing is wrong with my lower back. Well where is all the pain, stiffness and instability coming from?
@@AJ-gz6qd Have you spoken to a doctor about Bertolotti syndrome? This happened to me and have been misdiagnosed for 20 years.
My doctos only tell me that I just need exercise and 💊... I started exercising... But last year I didn't feel this way... It is like to teach your muscles to move again 😞... I feel very weak although my doctor told me that my problem was small... That since I was with that I need to live with that... The Bertolotti that I have is bilateral. I'm 39 year old woman.
I would go see a really good Gonstead chiropractor. I see many people with Bertolotti's.
Does this work for fixing bertolotti lumbar syndrome?
BLS is just a name for a symptom. They are associated with a transitional lumbar segment. It's congenital and very common. I would absolutely seek the help of a Gonstead chiropractor. At least 5-10% of our patients have this.
Thank you so much for your answer, I was diagnosed yesterday and I'm worried about it due to the pain that I already have with 24 years old... So I'm seaking for answes and solutions. Again thank you 😊@@myencinitaschiro
