I was registering first time. I did not see the text box to enter any password. All I saw name, email, phone and submit button. Once clicked on submit it printed error message credentials not accepted. now I cant register any more as it says already registered. forgot password neither sending email or text to phone number. worst service by one of the famous university in india. Any thing i can do here ?
In my case due to the covid pandemic it took me a couple of months but usually it should happen in under one month but the time can vary basing on your specific circumstances.
The problem happening with me is first I check transcripts and WES and next page I only get to select number of copies for Transcripts but no WES NO CMM NO PC only I get transcripts and then when immediately after that I get the options of by hand or by post and under by post I get WES Canada and USA what to do in such case ??
There will be no check box for PC, CMM you need to mention the quantity as one. If you're saying that, the line to enter quantity of PC, CMM is just absent. In that case, there is very is less we can do from our end, but before trying hard things, may be try below basic troubleshooting things like below please try selecting only transcripts and check if you're able to get it and even still you're not getting it I'd suggest clear browser history/cache/cookies, if that doesn't work change the browser (chrome, explorer, Firefox), if that doesn't work try it on different computer. If you're still not getting the text box at the bottom where you could write the number of sets of PC & CMM, there must be something wrong, you should get in touch with the university along with proof of PC & CMM that you're having (originally issued memos) and meeting the JNTU H Exam branch representatives. Whereas, the amount has been debited from my account successfully. It's been 10 days now, but there is no update under the " Tracking Application " form. There is a statement which says: " No Applications Found... * If your amount got deducted from your account in any transaction and it is not reflected in 'Track Application' menu, You are advised not to pay once again. My timeline will not accurately represent current timelines. My documents have reached WES before this pandemic has happened and the documents already have been digitised (into the WES evaluation system), hence it took around 1 to 2 months (Approximately).
A1: if you have already submitted your ARR form online I believe you need not visit. A2: they will send directly if the fee is paid and the ARR form is uploaded successfully.
Please change the browser clear your cookies and cache and try again and if you still encounter the same result you might need to contact the JNTUH exam branch

Hello, I found this video after submitting my application. I am from Bharat institute of engineering and technology and I mentioned the same as my institution name in the ARF. But it my PC, the institution name was given as E1-BIET, IBRAHIMPATNAM, will this cause a problem?
The ARR form is meant for your University to release your academic records to the world education services and if the university isn't having any problem I think you're good to go. and also a copy of the academic record request form might be sent to the recipient university/Canada and if they are having any objections about that you might need to check with the specific University/ authorities that you're applying for, as I cannot make or comment on their behalf.

Answer 1 The University should send the transcripts directly as per WES rules. AFAIK, there's no upload option, when I got my WES Eval done. Answer 2 Yes it is different.
That form is just meant for your University to release your academic credentials to the Wes evaluation service so you just need to make sure that your name appears as it appears on your Degree.

Bro, the WES will not be able to link your received documents to your WES file if they do not find a reference number. Make sure to have your transcripts have the WES reference number at any cost.

It completely depends , I requested the transcript of PC before I got the PC Original. It worked out but if due to current pandemic the transcript is not yet in the database. It might not work out. So you can just try.

I dont see that registration form coming up when I click on Register Me, instead it is asking me to enter roll number and captcha. It can take any time between few weeks to a month and in worst case scenario if they needed some specific verification from your University it can take a couple of months so I advise you to start early after discussing with your counselor the appropriate time to start this evaluation process.

Yes, WES will reject it the transcripts if they are not sent by University directly hence I suggest you create a new application and this time select delivery address as WES.

Since your roll number becomes a part of your login credentials and since you have two different roll#, I believe two logins is the way to go

Call WES and confirm what they mean by signature because I had my documents sent directly and I didn't sign on it except for the ARR form.
