Very informative. Please do a video on Apple CarPlay (and also android auto) connectivity. I’m specifically interested to see if there is google maps navigation and music playing when connected to CarPlay, will both the navigation and music info is also available on the mid display in addition to the touch screen. These are some of the minor tidbits that are not covered extensively anywhere and heard that this is an issue in Harrier. Would like to see how Hector handles it. Thanks again!

Hello Suman ma’am. It is case with all cars which show mileage and fuel digitally. So as soon as fuel gauge light turns red it is advisable to refuel immediately. Car stops showing range as 0 when in reserve. It is usual in all Hectors. Yours is also fine. Don’t worry 😉
Bro, I have one question. In DCT there are 6 gears so at what RPM does it run on 120 KMPH compared to 8-Speed CVT…so does CVT run on less RPM at same speed ?
Too technical bro :) , I think it was at an RPM of 5k when at 120 as was running in the highest gear at that time. Since CVT doesn't have number of gears it surely runs on lesser RPM which makes it economical to run.

Hey Prikshit, consider buying XUV700 too. It is better than both Hector and Harrier. You must only buy Petrol considering the fact that very soon companies will stop producing diesel vehicles.
Hi Sheela, you must go ahead. Great choice. CVT Is smoother than DCT and has a better mileage. Giving you a very genuine advice on color, There can be nothing as stunning as Black Hector but only when it is new. Over 3-6 months Black color starts looking very dull and lacks lustre. Is very difficult to maintain. If you still insist on Black then must get it PPF protected with a layer of Ceramic coating on it. That may keep the car looking new for long. But it would cost you a around 60k. Again, no doubt on car choice. Last thing, An Upgrade is coming by Mar’22 which will have ADAS and some better engine tuning. You must wait for that. Mileage and digital speedometer is available on diesel hector, wifi, Walkaway lock and Auto Unlock is not available on diesel hector. I guess they haven’t kept feature list consistent b/w diesel and petrol models
Yes sir, there is only one way to do that, visit two to three dealers in your area and tell them you are a serious buyer. They should give you the lowest price. Once price is given tell them that the other dealer is giving it at a discount of 20K. They will try to match up. Get up and go to the other dealer with the price quote and tell them that you are getting it for x amount. They will try to give you some more discount. You can save a few thousands like this.

Hi Srini. What a great observation dear. No dear horn change doesn’t impact the warranty at all as the coupler hasn’t been modified. On the tyre pressure, i think i got it filled too much by error. We should always get the recommended tyre pressure.

Yes Divyaraman quite possible. As far as i know it was available in the models before 2020 refresh came.

This feature doesn’t work if the AC is on
pro tip if you move your d/s to s[sports mode] and dont pull it up or down to manual...the pickup will increase and car wil run faster.

Hello brother, MG will never reveal its upcoming update because that affects their current sales. Hector has been seen testing ADAS lately.
I would recommend you to buy XUV 700. That car is loaded with good features and is fun to drive.
