He told me that he looked through property records on his house, and found out that 6 people had died on the property. He said that it was a lesson learned, that before you buy a property, always look up it’s history. Buyer beware I guess.👻😱
By law (in America at least) the person selling the house has to tell potential buyers whether anyone has died on the property or not. If your friend wasn't informed of that prior to purchase...he could legally force the previous owner to give the money back and forfeit the property.

So i live in Texas and was at the Jefferson a few weeks ago. I stayed in the doll room. There is only a wall directly across. Room 19 is super haunted. I wanna go back and stay in the mirror room. It has 100+ mirrors in there
fun fact. my now 17 year old son....could read and write by the time he was four, and could draw by looking at a picture, almost perfectly. i saw almost because his drawing of spongebob was a little squished, but it was spot on from the cover of the book he had. instead of teaching him the alphabet by writing it in a line or on a piece of paper in rows.....i used my laptop keyboard. he had to hunt for the letters and learned them within a month when he was 3 and a half. i was told i was lazy for teaching him that way, but at the time i was going through marital issues where his dad denied the baby i was then pregnant with (now 13 years old) and swore the baby wasn't his. so i was depressed and didn't want to do anything, but i still taught my kiddo his alphabet by challenging him to find the letters on the keyboard. he is now interested in game design and working on creating a webcomic of his own once he's done with school.
I watch these cause AOK is so funny and fun to watch, but hate that chilled guys videos. Its just putting a bunch of random videos together and pretending they are all the same creepy thing. Like the kids in the cemetery being followed or the old lady with the alligator are videos that can make you uncomfortable and then there clips like the statue garden with the crop circle or the "dinosaur" video that you could debunk immediatly with even a second of research. It just ruins the feeling of the whole video and reeks of laziness.
I go to Jefferson tx every summer and that whole town is haunted its a beautiful town though alot of crazy history they do ghost walk tours I think you would enjoy it you should go for your ghost trip

It's not so much dependance on humans as it is associating humans with food. This removes their fear and makes them more dangerous. Once they lose the fear, they are more likely to approach humans. The result is bad for humans in that they are more likely to get bitten, and bad for the gators in that they are more likely to be killed by Natural Resources officers. There is a saying where I live, "A fed gator is a dead gator."
