-kaldu ayam,
-lada bubuk,
-saos tiram,
-kecap asin,
-air secukupnya.

~Timun nya setelah dipotong2,baluri dg garam. Diamkan sebentar.
~ Potong2 daging.
~Terus iris bawang putih,irisan jahe& cabai merah kemudian Taruh di mangkuk.
Bumbu:
-sambal ulek(sambal jadi).garam,gula pasir,saos tiram,lada bubuk,kecap asin,kaldu ayam,air secukupnya.
(Kurang lebih sperti itu)
