The Worst Possible Draw We Could Have Got | Champions League Live Reaction

- Man City have learnt their fate in the UEFA Champions League draw today for the quarter final, semi-final and final in Lisbon in August 2020. Manchester City or Real Madrid will play Lyon (Olympique Lyonnais) or Juventus, with Cristiano Ronaldo, in the quarter finals, before we will play Chelsea/Bayern Munich or Napoli/Barcelona, with Lionel Messi, in the semi-final and one of Atalanta V Paris Saint Germain (PSG), with Mbappe and Neymar, or Red Bull Leipzig (RB Leipzig) V Atletico Madrid in the final. The worst possible draw that we could have had. However, it will be one legged from the quarter finals onwards, anything can happen and you must beat the best to become the best. Regardless, I am looking forward to this. But first, we have a job to do at the Etihad Stadium V Real Madrid. Here are all my thoughts, plus my live reaction to the UEFA Champions League draw, which took place earlier today in Nyon, Switzerland. Enjoy the video! :-)

Great content! I admit I was hoping for an easier draw in the path to the final but if there is one thing that Liverpool’s route to the final last year taught me is that if you can beat europe’s elite along the way then you deserve to be in that final more than anything and the players will have the confidence to beat the last team no matter who it is, too often I find city roll over semi decent european teams and then get knocked out by sub par european competition bc we are so used to being able to play our game without any real strife and then we look foolish getting knocked out to the likes of spurs, i for one and excited that we get the chance to play these european giants and relish the opportunity to watch our boys in blue show the world why we deserve to go to that final💙

I believe that this is our year .. Lyon and Juve are struggling this season so we will go through to semi final. If we face Barca is better than Bayern because Bayern from the Keeper to striker they are well balanced than Barca whereas Barca’s defense is weak

in my opinion it’s not really that bad of a draw lyon look likely to go through so if we do get past madrid we most probably might have lyon the only problem is going to be the semis
Don't forget that Juventus will be fresh from playing Serie A football on a regular basis, Lyon won't have played any football since March when they face Juve. Difficult game for Juve but I think they can knock Lyon out. Lyon need an away goal.

You guys are dumb juve will make it through past a Lyon team who will be rusty as hell comfortably. Despite their loss to Milan, they've been playing really well in serie a since the restart. City are inconsistent, have a garbage defense, and might not have wheel. I'm not saying juve are 100% making it through but don't count them out

I am a Bayern fan. A very earnest perspective is that no team should think that counter attack shall buy them goals to beat Bayern. Yes, a constructive play can crave the Bayern defense but not counter-attacks. Since Flick took over, which amounts to 25 games, and the introduction of Alaba in CB and DAVIES in LB position, Bayern has conceded zero counter attack goals. 😂😂😂😂😂 Opponents have to be creative or else those easy, non-constructive, speedy counter-attacks shall be dealt with heavy blows. This is the only receipe to beat Bayern at the moment. Only positional play can surmount the solid rampart of Bayern.

They have but not in the best game of all when City won 3-2 at the Allianz under Pellegrini when we had them on the ropes at the end. If it had been 4-2, we would have topped the group and so there was everything to play for in that match. And Bayern up to that point had only shipped 3 goals in the league at home and they ship 3 in one match v City. So not bad. And what about at the Etihad when Aguero put 3 past Neuer one v one? We can do this. But we need Sergio to get fit.

@@ahmedezat3379 Sorry, you have no idea what you are talking about. And I don't know which match either. Boateng was sent off in the Agureo/ Etihad match I mentioned so it was 10 men for Bayern. But I watched Aguero put 3 past Neuer in that match. As for the 3-2 at the Allianz, Pellegrini, a qualified engineer by training, admitted that he had got his maths wrong in calculating that City could not have topped their group even by winning 4-2. If I had known that, he said, I would have sent on Aguero ( who had been injured up to that match). Those are the facts. Swallow them .

I disagree, we have a good chance. First of all juve will definitely come for pep after loosing out on Lyon, barca will beat over rated bayern. So we beat real, beat Lyon, struggle and still beat barca and the final will be a piece of Cake against psg who's defense is even worse than ours .
There's no way Barca will easily beat Bayern. Bayern are not overrated, they've scored the most goals in the UCL till now and have a class team, they're a threat to us

In that game Messi will symbollicaly defeat Ronaldo and prove the world, yet another time, that he is the best of all time. Time for the finals, the old brothers are going to play at the same stadium again, but this time they are defending different colors. It's Messi and Suarez vs the traitor prince Neymar. Karma will do its job and Neymar will be defeated against his old club that he should never have left.
