Beautiful, i usually skip forward when looking at home tours and just look at the exterior open floor plan and some bedrooms because im too impatient but i watch the whole thing.😊 the only critique i have is the size of the pool its not ideal for anyone with family or who entertains.
Bellissima. Only concern, the master bed sleeping area (believe this was put on first level) is too small; should fit a king size bed and there is no privacy from the pool area.
Gracias! I've noticed too, it's like many homes prioritize grand master bathrooms over spacious master bedrooms. It's a trend I've seen often lately, and I have to admit, the bedrooms do feel a bit cramped.
It’s pretty, BUT!: the kitchen is tiny, not enough storage, no separate formal dining, no separate butter’s pantry, didn’t see any regular pantry, the WIC in master is so small, and it’s missing a washer dryer combo. The WIC’s in the guest rooms are extremely basic, the pool too narrow, some corridors also extremely narrow, and no lift.
House is stunning but wouldn’t you put a privacy fence around the pool and backyard? It’s best to a road, everyone can see you. Which room was the master?? They were small bedrooms.

While relaxing, naked, in your bathtub, you can watch traffic pass by. Lol. Privacy is at a minimum, although the home is lovely.

Home needs a basement, and a bigger lot, and it would be a keeper
