1:57 I'm pretty sure it's Momo bad at _reading_ Japanese. There's several clips of her struggling to read, which people misinterpret as her forgetting her language. Like that time when she read "Kana... Kami... Kana... Kanami-san", had to get help from Mina for reading 白鳥, and misread 舞ってる as "maiteru", all in one sentence, from the same episode as the 東京都 incident. I think the girl is borderline illiterate in Japanese; but she obviously can speak. Though there are also clips where she suddenly needs to switch to talking Japanese in public and she also gets confused there, but I think it is mainly her not being able to read.
