Big ups goes out to females that can braid short hair.I use to braid hair shorter than that. That bother ur fingers too I did that for many years but not anymore just box braids & longer men hair..so do your thang with those blessed fingers

@@Nighbot334 and to maintain and retain your hair growth, keep it deep condition, add some leave in conditioner before you pick your hair out, make sure to where a satin bonnet, wash your hair every two weeks to a month, when your hair get like 6 inches or more start getting protective hairstyles such as, cornrows, two strand twist.....etc, and another why to keep your hair moisturize is to add water before you pick it, your hair needs the right moisture.

@@kermly87 a tint brush, sometimes called a perm brush...has a point at one end for parting and a small row of bristles on the other end for applying color. It's also the brush commonly used for doing relaxers.

For afro, kinky and curly hair the best thing to do is moisturize moisturize moisturize for hair growth. Use products that keep your hair moist and not dry. Also a good nutrition/diet will help aid in hair growth.

When I have to apply a lot of gel or edge control I use a tint brush because that makes the process go a lot faster.
What is a tint brush? Is it the same as an edge control brush?
