Honestly a big concern is how to hang with friends/family after the surgery, and trying to be the fun guy I am now. Food and drink is so closely tied to socializing. A video on how you handled that aspect would be awesome.
Sorry for the loss of ur mother. I lost my grandmother in June who was very overweight and had a ton of health complications (everything but the Corona). She didn't make it to 70.
I’m one week away from the Gastric Sleeve myself. I’m starting to get a lot of anxiety about it. But I know I just can’t continue doing what I’ve been doing. Any regrets?
