fun fact- the green things arent tentacles, they're ropes holding the consortium together edit- i just beat the consortium with a lego brick shell and no scrap hammer, BEFORE heikea. somehow heikea gives me more trouble than consortium. edit 2- i am now struggling with roland. edit 3- i am now at the final boss and struggling so much at phase 2.
I used the sticky bomb skill to beat him. Just have to stick it to one of the ropes, and when it goes off, it hits multiple ropes at once. Did that a few times and killed it easily.
I had so much trouble with this guy. My game started lagging g incredibly hard after a few deaths. Running from the projectile left or right still was doing massive damage to me. Tougher than it needed to be
Fighting this guy on my 2nd playthru at lvl 27 now, nearly every attack 1 shots, each tentacle takes like 10 hits atleast fo take out. This is so damn hard, and his flare gun doesn't help.

lol, that makes WAY more sense now that you point that out.
@@Ogles I'm very skilled at parrying and not blocking, so i didnt really need a shell with high DEF

The game def has some lag issues; however, if you close the game out completely and then restart it at that area then it seems to do better.
Took me a few tries but i beat it today
Tip: try the soda can shell spell
What level am I meant to fight this guy? I'm here at lvl 54, and I feel like I'm too late now.
It’s a little late he’s meant to be fought before Voltai. I’m not sure about the exact level but lvl 50 is pretty far past
I think at level 54 you should be in great shape to take him out
