Yanfei is an underrated 4 star, she is so good with the Kokomi or other characters that have an ability that deals constant hydro/cryo/dendro/electro damage
Literally got Yanfei during 2.7 banner as a new player and she still carrying me through the game. Heck, I even find her to be a much enjoyable Pyro Catalyst than Klee tbh.
Same here ,well initially i didn't planned to main him but I'm a beginner and i got 5 chondyun 💀 so i had no other option to pair him with sucrose and xialing

Ok. You can't compare that with a more all-round support like bennett or enabler like xiangling. They can do substantial unmatched damage yes but some of these characters are rlly good without much investment tbh.
She is pretty much my main hyperbloom enabler. She is not really that much worst than Raiden in terms of damage in hyperbloom, in fact they are quite closer than some people might think, but she also brings healing utility which is helpful when drafting teams.

Personally I agree with most of these ranking, but I think yanfei and Kuki need to be higher. Yanfei is such a good dps and has a rlly good shirld at c4. Kuki is an amazing healer that also applies electro.

Dw I've seen her do 80k dmg consistently before you're good. Tier lists are kinda redundant in pve only games like genshin imo, like what are we comparing? Damage? Ability to complete content? Fun gameplay? Niche-ness? Yes some units have all of these but still tier lists in genshin can vary from player experience to player experience imo. Some units are meta, some aren't and have a bit worse scaling but there currently are no "unplayable" playable characters.
This video is kinda biased. Understanding kits is number one, just because a character doesn't universally support elements, it doesn't make them deserve the lower ranking spot. This why I better listen to ranking showcase with a better explanation.
Also putting Shinobi on B tier and Dori on C tier is an understatement. Shinobu's only great ability is her constant healing using Elemental Skill with very *coping* damage whilst Dori can support the team with the Energy particle talent (Compound Interest) by using her Elemental Skill which is by far better (assuming you have good playing skill to begin with).
@@justpassingby2930 Shinobu really got buffed with dendro tho She's one of the best characters for hyperbloom Dori's healing is low and her energy generation isn't that great
She's a jack of all trades, but a master of none. Her shield is unreliable and not the best (zhongli and noelle are better), she doesn't heal the best (kokomi, bennet and barbara are better), and her cryo application often only targets one enemy. She's pretty good but not the best in any of her abilities. Except for energy regen, she's a great battery.

@@akaiyoru2681 it depends, genshin is a situational game, pick what works best in your comps, for example, in my yanfei vaporize team, it worked better to have zhongli along with bennet for extra pyro energy, heal, atk boosts, and shield. But diona is great in morgana as a ganyu battery.
Tbh, considering how Gorou could carry the Mono Geo team with only his buff, I think he deserve an A tier since hes a niche but did very well on what he do the best
And Rosaria should be High A tier too since she could go with many team (ranging from Physical team, to Reverse Melt, Freeze, etc, she can be DPS, Sub DPS and Support) and have good Crit rate buff, and the fact that shes quite fun to use too Sayu and Barbara should be consider B tier at best since Barbara have good healing but that's it, her Applications is kinda meh and the "Self-wet" is devastating, Sayu is kinda meh to use at best too since her mechanic meant to be more a fun pick than actual serious pick that have and stand
I'd like to put Yunjin, Sara and Gorou in same A tier since they're niche but they did a great job And maybe Ningguang abit her, like A tier since without reaction Ningguang can actually out dps both Yanfei and Heizou, but tbh, she could be B tier just because of her clunky attack animation And Noelle and Kuki could be B tier too, since Noelle need to unlock her C6 to be actually playable as DPS, otherwise her dmg isnt that high for a good investment, Kuki is kinda in a weird spot for me, since I do like her, but I HATE the fact that she lose her HP just to heal other, this also damage her EM playstyle too

I agree with you about gorou because I don’t understand how he is not in the same tier as Sara and yunjin when all of them are all niche characters. The only reason I can see is because monogeo relies mostly on albedo for particle generation and not only gorou. However hyper raiden also relies on Bennett or a hydro applicator like xingqiu so I don’t see how sara can be so high and gorou be so low. Barbara’s placement is literally the biggest clown take ever. She is literally replaceable in every team she fits in her she somehow is higher than characters like Lisa Rosaria and more. This guy is an absolute clown just look at his other vids. I’m okay with people not knowing meta, but then making tier lists and saying what is good and isn’t when you don’t actually know yourself is so misleading

My main gripes with barb stem from her cooldowns and the fact that the oceanid that you need to fight a thousand times for ascension materials absolutely sucks fat pp. Her healing is pretty cracked though and when built properly her health bar is so beefy you rarely end up dying, let alone needing food.
I like yanfei, but she's a 4* DPS! A rank is very respectable imo. But Barbara? u better not serious rn, I'll put her in D tier because she wet herself

Idk I found this whole tierlist a mess Noelle, YunJin Barbara and blah in A tier? YunJin niche, Barbara does more harm then good, and Noelle doesn’t exist until C6, have Gorou and another Geo unit. Ningguang can utilise Benny Xiangling and is able to dish out immense damage of her own.

Imo Kuki is at least A tier because of the artifact she uses (Tenacity of Millelith) which gives you 20% ATK buff and 30% shield buff. If you don't have a Zhongli and have 2 Geo in your team, she can heal and give you support along with the 2 Geo resonance buff.
Even if we put little care in Beidou, she's still really op. If you know how to use her E skill and have Bennett or Karya, you're good to go. Phy Beidou or Elemental Beidou are both good.

There are much better characters in all honesty. However, if u like her, keep playing her. The game isn’t particularly difficult and if u wanna play amber then go ahead, she can even be decent with really good artifacts so it doesn’t matter if other characters do more damage

So are most of the characters but ig this is from a meta standpoint? Any character can be really good if you build them right but some are just really well designed so it's hard to compare them to the likes of sucrose bennett and xingqiu. Also I disagree with him putting characters that are INDISPENDABLE in their own niche at low tiers simply because they are niche... gorou, sara and yunjin may be really specific, but they're amazing in their own niche. Just because they're not an overall support character doesn't make them worse than the rest, and that's why I don't believe in tier lists in genshin lol
I don’t think rosaria’a crit rate buff is good. Like she needs 100% crit rate to buff 15% to others. It would be easier to build a 60:120 ratio on your dps and it’s enough
Rosaria is quite underrated, she is a perfectly balanced support who can fix your crit ratio easily and provide good cryo dmg with burst

Tbh, considering how Gorou could carry the Mono Geo team with only his buff, I think he deserve an A tier since hes a niche but did very well on what he do the best
And Rosaria should be High A tier too since she could go with many team (ranging from Physical team, to Reverse Melt, Freeze, etc, she can be DPS, Sub DPS and Support) and have good Crit rate buff, and the fact that shes quite fun to use too
Sayu and Barbara should be consider B tier at best since Barbara have good healing but that's it, her Applications is kinda meh and the "Self-wet" is devastating, Sayu is kinda meh to use at best too since her mechanic meant to be more a fun pick than actual serious pick that have and stand
I'd like to put Yunjin, Sara and Gorou in same A tier since they're niche but they did a great job
And maybe Ningguang abit her, like A tier since without reaction Ningguang can actually out dps both Yanfei and Heizou, but tbh, she could be B tier just because of her clunky attack animation
And Noelle and Kuki could be B tier too, since Noelle need to unlock her C6 to be actually playable as DPS, otherwise her dmg isnt that high for a good investment, Kuki is kinda in a weird spot for me, since I do like her, but I HATE the fact that she lose her HP just to heal other, this also damage her EM playstyle too
@@theAAtiger kuki should at least be A or very low S in comparison to other 4* characters because she really is an amazing unit thanks to dendro and can be considered better than most of this clowns other rankings. I agree with you about gorou because I don’t understand how he is not in the same tier as Sara and yunjin when all of them are all niche characters. The only reason I can see is because monogeo relies mostly on albedo for particle generation and not only gorou. However hyper raiden also relies on Bennett or a hydro applicator like xingqiu so I don’t see how sara can be so high and gorou be so low. Barbara’s placement is literally the biggest clown take ever. She is literally replaceable in every team she fits in her she somehow is higher than characters like Lisa Rosaria and more. This guy is an absolute clown just look at his other vids. I’m okay with people not knowing meta, but then making tier lists and saying what is good and isn’t when you don’t actually know yourself is so misleading

My main gripes with barb stem from her cooldowns and the fact that the oceanid that you need to fight a thousand times for ascension materials absolutely sucks fat pp. Her healing is pretty cracked though and when built properly her health bar is so beefy you rarely end up dying, let alone needing food.
I like yanfei, but she's a 4* DPS! A rank is very respectable imo. But Barbara? u better not serious rn, I'll put her in D tier because she wet herself

Ningguang can utilise Benny Xiangling and is able to dish out immense damage of her own.

Imo Kuki is at least A tier because of the artifact she uses (Tenacity of Millelith) which gives you 20% ATK buff and 30% shield buff. If you don't have a Zhongli and have 2 Geo in your team, she can heal and give you support along with the 2 Geo resonance buff.

Even if we put little care in Beidou, she's still really op. If you know how to use her E skill and have Bennett or Karya, you're good to go. Phy Beidou or Elemental Beidou are both good.

There are much better characters in all honesty. However, if u like her, keep playing her. The game isn’t particularly difficult and if u wanna play amber then go ahead, she can even be decent with really good artifacts so it doesn’t matter if other characters do more damage

Any character can be really good if you build them right but some are just really well designed so it's hard to compare them to the likes of sucrose bennett and xingqiu. Also I disagree with him putting characters that are INDISPENDABLE in their own niche at low tiers simply because they are niche... gorou, sara and yunjin may be really specific, but they're amazing in their own niche. Just because they're not an overall support character doesn't make them worse than the rest, and that's why I don't believe in tier lists in genshin lol
