A soil sample is required to find τ, σ, and φ.
The location of the sample is determined by a standard penetration test.
Get sampling by bowling.
On the collapse surface, there is a soft degraded layer of about 5 cm.

As angle of internal friction is the max angle between result n normal so it should have been minimum in order to increase friction i don't get it
