Thank you Brother Jesse and Sister Cathy for standing firm despite the persecution. This is a timely word for me today to recommit my life to Christ Jesus and be a believer only and a doer only of the Word, expecting the 100 fold in ALL areas of life. Praise God!
I am eternally grateful for these teachings on Boardroom Chat, Bro Jesse and Pastor Cathy thank you. As a Muslim, I agree with Jessy and Kathy. Giving is a fundamental part of Islam, Allah says giving will never decrease your wealth but it will increase it very much. God promises, no one will be poor by giving. Give and you will receive. In addition, what you give will act like a wall of protection for you from evil in this world and you will have a long prosperous life. That is a promise from Allah.

Ok so how do I pray over an offering.
When it comes to praying over an offering at church, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure that your prayer is meaningful and effective. Here are some tips to help guide you:
Start by acknowledging God's greatness and thanking Him for His blessings.
Ask God to bless the offering and use it for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom.
Pray for wisdom and discernment for the church leaders who will be responsible for using the funds wisely.
Ask God to bless the givers of the offering and to continue to provide for them in all areas of their lives.
Close the prayer by giving thanks to God for His faithfulness and provision.
Remember that the most important thing is to pray from the heart and with sincerity. Trust that God hears your prayers and will answer them according to His perfect will.

Tithing is in New Testament too. Hebrews
The tithe is noted in the new testament. If you really think about it, for some it would simply mean, maybe sacrificing Starbucks served coffee 5 days / wk, maybe sacrificing a couple restaurant meals, not getting their nails done when they're used to having it done. In other words when you really want to do it, you will find a way by faith to do it. Can you imagine how much better off some would be , if instead of investing what they usually invest in a savings account or retirement acct, they cut back on that a bit to tithe & submit an offering with it - even 1 or a few dollars over the tithe?
