Nice. Love the style, keep 'em coming! (BTW, since text alignment is a paragraph-level option, selecting all of the text before changing to center align isn't required.)
@@bydesignmethod Thanks for the reply. I tried this several times. It is not possible with Affinity Designer. However, Corel Draw has had this function for a long time. That would now be a nice additional feature in Affinity Designer!
What a great video - thank you! Slightly off topic but when I start using the text tool in Designer, I keep accidentally rasterising the text. Then when I want to change the text, it's all been rasterised and I can't. I'm not sure how I keep accidentally doing this. Sorry for the dumb and slightly off topic comment but is there a way to prevent the text from being rasterised as I don't even know how I'm doing it. Using a PC FWIW. Thanks again for this tutorial...very nicely produced. :-)
Thank you for watching! That is an interesting problem, it sounds like you're doing pretty normal stuff with no additional steps. Normally you would have to rasterize the layer (knowingly) for that to happen. I've been trying to find an answer and messing around with it in Designer myself but I can't seem to find anything. I'kk keep looking and let you know if I find something. Weird for sure!
Design method back again with a creative and helpful video! Thanks for the quality affinity content again :))
Thank you! Glad to be back from a short break - more coming soon!

Super well explained!
Can you also check whether the letters on the circle are not oriented towards the center but are all perpendicular?
Hey, thanks for watching!
honestly i'm not sure, i'm using the center tool option when aligning but that's totally possible.

Does this apply to a wavy line as well as a circle? thanks.
Absolutely - any shape or curve (pen tool) you create will have start/stop points and you can adjust.
Thanks for your continued support!
Sir whenever i export affinity photo file as psd it converts text in smart object so that text can't be edit , help me 😔
Hey you can try exporting the file as an .EPS file for text. This is something I believe Affinity is working on.
What a great video - thank you!
