  • Hello Everyone!
In this video i'll show you how I recycled my old candles into new ones!
It's pretty straight forward but you will need to be careful as there is hot wax and sharp edges involved!

That is such a great idea to use old aluminum can. I can't wait to try this out!

Every time I look into making candles, I realize it's easier and cheaper to buy new ones

So cool! Can you use any kind of string for the wick as long as you dip it in the wax first, like you did?

I'm still experimenting, but I think thicker cord-like string is best, and really try to soak it in the wax beforehand or it burns too quickly!

I would make sure it's natural materials though. No nylon

Are your wicks plain cotton twine dipped in the wax?

I'm suspicious that they may not burn down the best because your wicks aren't centered well. Did you find that to be the case, or not? Thanks.

Hi! I found this to be a problem on the tall slim ones which makes sense I suppose!

Did you ever use Essential oil in your candles❤

Hi! Only tried to use essential oils once and probably didn't use enough as it wasn't really noticeable when the candles were lit! Will try again with my next batch!
