The link to the dashboard is different depending if you connecting from the same or another computer as your FiveM server is ran on. "localhost:40120" is if it is the same machine. "[YOURIP]:40120/" if it is a different machine

You will need to go through the port forwarding process

Delete everything and start again, follow very thoroughly if that fails go to the cfx.re support

You shall need to port forward 40120, 30120 and 30110 in order for your server to be seen on the server lists
