Another excellent restoratiion Jason! I am a bit reluctant with sparkly paint, because most flakes are too coarse for my taste. However there s another way to get a metallic finish. I used to watch be a TH-camr who specialized in Hotwheels and Superfast, and he had a painting method by polishing the diecast to a high gloss, and then finished it with a transparent bright paint, like candy apple red. This way he replicated the original to a high accuracy. Do you know who I mean? He seems to have disappeared.
Wow Jason that is a great Job on the Ford. I love the paint and it is now a silk purse rather than the battered Pig's ear it was.
