Matchbox restoration Lotus Super Seven No 60. Diecast model.

For english subtitles press C. My Lotus super Seven was produced in 1971. It was already a full-fledged Superfast vehicle. These models had a very wide track and therefore their axles were often damaged. I replaced the front axle with my Lotusie, installing a thicker, stronger one. I also made the windshield which was missing. I made it of PET material, which is practically indestructible. The original cast windows were broken very quickly. I also made a sticker for my model, this time it was not a decal but a foil sticker. the original was made of glossy paper, which lost its properties over time. I decorated the whole thing with a replica of the box so characteristic of this model. I thank you for watching. I publish videos with repairing cars on TH-cam on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Excellent resto paul i have this model mint and boxed they did a streakers version of this in yellow its funny how the windscreens on this model are always broken it could have easily been swallowed by a child toy safety laws were different in the 70s amazing repro box look forward to seeing another resto great job

Merci beaucoup. quand il s'agit de couleurs, c'est différent, parfois je mélange, parfois je choisis des prêtes. Je pense qu'il ne faut pas trop s'inquiéter car l'entreprise de Lesna a peint de telle manière que chaque lot d'un modèle donné était d'une couleur différente. personne ne se souciait que l'ombre soit la même. Il était important de ne pas confondre la couleur. Meilleurs vœux
