That is very true but I will tell you I have done it. No one means to do it and I was able to go back and pick it up but this is why you also want to have more than one. For example if you complete a notarization and you are at one clients house and you leave it on the table, then head to your next one and realize you left it and when you call the first client they say they are at work until 8pm but you can come back and pick it up tomorrow. That happened to me once but thank goodness I had another stamp and was able to pick it up the next day. It is not a regular occurence but in complete transparency in my 10 years that has happened to me 3 times that I can vividly remember. I am glad I had a duplicate because I did not want to have to cancel all of my clients for the rest of the day.
