Amy, you already know what's under Sonic's gloves thanks to Sonic Unleashed.
Note that his appearance was about %98 altered in the werehog form. So that is just the altered version. I am pretty sure his real hands under his gloves are just those normal hands with normal nails with a peach skin color in his real hedgehog form.

6:13 I would do the power Rangers megazord as the original Rangers are the mighty morphing ones so their mega zord is solar powered and just keeping the fight going until night is going to cause the megazord to die from not having enough power
Edit: but if you only fight and beat Optimus Prime you also have to deal with every single autobot in the world which if I'm correct there are many many more autobots than there are power Rangers and and the power Rangers summon their megazord but the autobots can transform into common vehicles that you couldn't tell from their robot selves plus they don't lose power at night but the megazord does
