Okay, I'm looking at his last run. He's on Checkered Deck. He has bootstrap with 48 mult, Supernova is currently negated, Burglar, Tribe and Card Sharp. How the hell did he lose this, did just totally brick and not draw his flushes?
From what I remember during the fight the heart exclusively disabled card sharp or bootstraps after every hand except for the last one, which reduced the chips enough to not win.

Except to be able to purchase that antimatter voucher once it's unlocked, I believe you have to first purchase blank voucher in the given run.
