- Helllloooo, and welcome to a Couple of Switch : ) Today I'm presenting a, hopefully, entertaining Digimon gameplay demonstration where I show off the new Mastemon cards entering the meta in EX6 in Japan! I use both a mix of cards from both new and old, hope you enjoy!

JUST A NOTICE: During 15:30 I do a slight misplay, the Angewomon ACE will actually see herself being played from the Dominimon effect (since it removes a security), causing a recovery +1 IMMEDIATELY. So the synergy between them is actually even MORE bonkers than I could ever imagine! 👀

Yes thats why lots of people hype up mastemon… right now im worried on ragnaloard since atm feel mediacre at best and rhey xame up another new mechanic for ragnaloard…
At this time we have not recieved the lvl 6's and/or ragnalord ace. I have faith in it@@Salty010

@@acoupleofswitch6191 I've been obssesed with your stuff since Anubismon rush, which I immidiately built! Framing this against what used to beat Mastemon was a great way to showcase how valuable the new stuff is. Weirdly I wonder ig Gennai would actually help this deck because it helps protect the stack.
That's so cool to hear! I'm actually planning out a new Anubismon + Gizu combo as we speak, so stay tuned! : )
another important thing is maste can super easily go into ultimatechaosmon by using mastemon and digivolving the lvl 5 it plays into any lvl 6 you would play since mastemon can be ether yellow or purple and if the game has been going on for a bit getting those 2 lvl 6 in trash isn't gonna be a big deal too. (unless i missread and ultimatechaosmon needs dualcolor yellow/black + purple green which i assume isn't the case)
I thought they do have to be 2 digimon with those dual colors in order to go into him.
@@Y0kAiS yeah that is the thing i am not sure about not clear to me if the"/" means dualcolor or "or"
It was revealed after the recording of this video, so it was a bit hard to talk about haha😵 But I find him extremely cool, the question is if he actually is superior to Ordinemon, since she's searchable in both security/deck

Man I am so happy that Maste will become good again! And without a playstyle change even like other archetypes!
However, BWG could always go Bt8 MG into Bt11 MGx and never risk getting hit by the Ace to be fair 😅
But bwg loses vs every single deck from bt13 or later, so that will not be that big of an issue irl
I am aware of this, the deck was used mostly for storytelling purposes, how the bad match up once was impossible, but just one single card can turn everything around : )
Besides, most decks nowadays have the chance if they do their entire combo to negate the board I built, but that wouldn't be an interesting Mastemon video if they did 😅 Also, that's kind of the thing, right? They have to deal with both level 5's before even considering attacking. The Mastemon ACE's mere existence is game warping

Maybe they will reveal a new mirei tamer. Also dominiomon will replace ophanimon, with the new inher from gato and sala and the new ladydevi deleting floodgates is easier.
The fact you can choose to trigger the ladydevimon [When Digivolving] effect to kill a flood gate, then tap mirei for Jogress is just HUGE. Simple card design but works so well for the deck

Is lucemon falldown mode always a must in this new version of the deck?
Not at all actually, you don't really have to play it since you need to depend on Angewomon/lady so much more. But I'm gonna try him out as a once off at least

I will probably do another Mastemon video once the Lucemon Satan Mode finally get's revealed : ) Once the dust settles and the EX6 set is done, then I can make a proper deck profile video!

How do you beat Diaboromon (post-EX6)?

As you saw in the video, we do multiple pips of - DP. While Diaboramon can choose to save himself from having 0 DP, he'd just eventually sacrifice all of his tokens just to die anyway, so there's not much he can do there. We can also spread it out of need be to destroy the weak tokens as well : )
How many mireis are you playing?
I think 3 is plenty enough for any Maste build
You think she's going to be meta? Nahhhh, Ragnaloardmon is gonna pull up. A digimon that can't leave the field, unaffected by digimon effects, Doesn't check "security" cards (by that it means all security effects) a 30K blocker and can do dmg / force digimons to attack.
That was a fun match, dia dropped a bomb on it. XD
