Hey looking at a job ad that says knowing Excel is an advantage so thought I would do some quick lessons here. It's a storeperson job so what type of Excel skills should I look at first? I would think it's for what ever dispatch system they have. Thanks
I am pasting real time data into A1, this real time data value is either a "zero" or "one". I would like to sum the data only if a "one" is present in A1, and do nothing if a "zero" is in A1. the summed data location B1. In other words... every time there is a "one" @ A1 add that "one" to the value in B1. Help Please...
Absolutely brilliant Mike especially the aggregate solution.
Thanks Mike. A small addition: to get minimum number greater that any value (n) in the list using DRSteele's way, n+(1/AGGREGATE(14,6,1/(A8:A18-n),1))
Rad! Very cool.
Using "large" function to grab the smallest one!!!!!!!! Distinctively cool. Excel is really fun, Sir.
It is wild to use Large to get small!!! : )

How about if the array includes negative values, and you're looking for the smallest absolute value?
AGGREGATE, LARGE.... Wow, Cool :-)
Sometimes I wish that Excel has no function COOL. :-))
Cool! : )
Mine still brings a "0" What could be the problem?
I have 62 zeros in my array
THANK YOUUUUU
You are welcome, Coleen!!!!
How would I use this formula to get multiple (lowest 5) values?
