@@sunnyjulia4141 it's actually a company benefit..coz I worked before in a Japanese company here in the PH. My older sister is half Japanese by the way and she taught Nihonggo. It was amazing! Your country is so beautiful and I love maki and green tea ice cream 😍 I dream of visiting it again.

@@sunnyjulia4141 yeah pretty much 🥰 We have visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Toyama, Hiroshima and Awaji-shima. Our Boss, God bless his soul, Mr. Tsukamoto has personally made the itinerary for us so we can experience lots of things in Japan. He's a great man, sadly he passed away from cancer. Yes I really hope! Please do visit the Philippines 😍 There's lot to experience.

✌️😊🇵🇭 In the Philippines, it is kind of the other way around when we learn about the rest of the world, for we do it more in Philippine and general Asian perspectives or points-of-view.
We generally and in majority learn much about the rest of the world in our Araling Panlipunan (Social Studies) school subject in Junior High School (Grades 7-10) from Grade 7 to Grade 8 about the geography and environments, history, society, culture, religions and beliefs, philosophies, economies and industries, languages, ethnicities, politics, governments, and international and diplomatic relations, among some few others, mainly almost about the entire continent of Asia in Grade 7 and then the rest of the world in Grade 8, but only about some few countries, nations, states, territories, or regions.
We also can't study all and everything in detail about each and every continents and regions of the world, and then what more about each and every countries and territories which are a way lot more to cover.
The region that we study and learn the least are Oceania or Australia and the Pacific Islands (we just basically learn a general orientation, general overview, or general introduction about the divisions or subdivisions, or regions or sub-regions of Oceania or Australia and the Pacific Islands such as Australia itself or Australasia, Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia), then Africa (mainly about the Ancient Egyptian civilization, and some few Sub-Saharan African civilizations and empires), then South America (mainly about Incan civilization and empire, and the Spanish and Portuguese occupation and colonization of South America), and then North America (mainly about USA and Mexico, and just some few about the rest of Central America or Mesoamerica, especially about its ancient and classical civilizations and empires, and then rarely about Canada and the Caribbean Islands).
We almost really focus on Asia (especially China and East/Eastern Asia, India and South/Southern Asia, and the Middle East or West/Western/Southwest/Southwestern Asia) and Europe (more about Greece and Italy and the rest of the Mediterranean region, then some few about Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, France, Russia and Eastern Europe, Germany and Central Europe, and the British Isles, and rarely about the rest of Europe).
In Grade 7 Araling Panlipunan: Araling Asyano (Social Studies: Asian Studies), we can get to generally and in majority study about the geography and environments, and some ancient and classical kingdoms, civilizations, and empires up to the modern and contemporary eras or the general modern to contemporary history of Southeast Asia outside and also including the Philippines, China, Japan, Korean Peninsula, India and Pakistan, Bangladesh, and in the Middle East or West/Western/Southwest/Southwestern Asia like Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Israel, and Palestine, among others.
We also study some few Asian historical and traditional beliefs, religions, belief systems, worldviews, philosophies, societies, laws, values, ideas, ideologies, and some other culture and society stuffs about Asia.
In Grade 8 Araling Panlipunan: Kasaysayan ng Daigdig (Social Studies: World History) we generally and in majority focus on general world prehistory, and then ancient and classical empires, civilizations, and states from Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas (North America and South America) like Ancient Mesopotamia and the Fertile Cresent, Ancient and Classical Egypt, Ancient and Classical India, Ancient and Classical China, Ancient and Classical Greece, the Roman Republic and Roman Empire, Persian Empire, Mongol Empire, Mesoamerican or Central American civilizations and empires, Incan civilization and empire, and some Sub-Saharan African civilizations and empires.
Then we focus our studies too in European history from classical era to pre-modern and modern eras; about the occupation, colonization, and imperialization of some European countries in the Americas (North and South America), Africa, and Asia; about revolutions towards independence of most of today's states, countries, and nations, and the rise of nationalism around the world; and also about the World War I and II, Cold War, and Neocolonialism, among some few other more general, modern and contemporary, historical world events in the 20th to 21st Centuries.
In Grade 9 we generally and in majority focus on Economics and more about the Philippine economy and industries, and in Grade 10 we generally and in majority focus on some Contemporary Issues and Concerns in various fields, areas, industries, and/or sectors, and also more about the Philippines.
Grades 11-12 or Senior High School follows a whole different educational system and curricula.
