Hi! Thanks for watching! As far as we thought, H2O products will be phased out but I'm sure another company will replace it, which we don't know of yet. Not sure about the Mickey soaps.
Hi, this was October of 2022, so I’m not sure if a couple of years change anything. But being a post-summer trip, it was mostly parents with their youngest (under 5, I’d say). That said, as we don’t have kids, and spent a lot of time in “over 18” areas, it was calm with a lot of elbow room - if that makes sense. But overall, we find the Disney community (guests, etc.) to be a very pleasant bunch. We are New Yorkers, so this was an easy trip for us to take. We’ll be on another DCL cruise soon (but outside NY). 😊
We're leaving on our first cruise this wednesday onboard the disney magic as well. Your video just got us hyped up somehow more than we already were. Hopefully you upload more before we leave.
Stumbled across your channel looking for info on Disney Magic. Enjoyed the video series. Disney Magic will complete our 'Full House" so I wanted to get to know the ship before we board. I have a question. Our ship is departing New Orleans. The typical sail away time of 4pm is bumped to 8pm so our embarkation is 3:45. what are some typical changes we may see with such a late departure time? We have second seating but are on a waitlist for first. Typically we enjoy lunch , explore the ship, and catch whatever sail away celebration they have. I didn't know if they have them when they leave so late. Also, we REALLY enjoy movies by the pool at night- except when they choose a sporting event to play. Does the Magic usually have Disney classics regularly by the pool at night?
Thanks! Glad you found us! We’ll be doing another DCL ship in 2024, so for us it’s only been the Magic experience at this point. On this particular trip out of NYC, embarkation seemed later than usual. They had the sail-a-wave party; however, it happened while we were still docked (it usually happens when we start moving). This sailing didn’t start to move until we had dinner (first seating). When getting on, we had a later call time (like 3-4 o’clock)…. But we also enjoy (prefer) getting on earlier to have lunch and explore… That didn’t happen for us here, but it did when we sailed the Magic a few years ago out of Miami. Luck of the draw, I suppose.
Thats amazing you got to work with mickey so closely when you worked on the ship. Where you like a character attendant or like "Best Friends" with him
“Best Friends.” 😊
@Geekendz are you allowed to answer magic breaker questions at all? Maybe not on here but like personal message or something?
Thanks for your content! Leaving on Disney Dream in Oct from NY to Bermuda. How soon on the cruise did the weather warm up? Thanks in advance.
Awesome! Have a great time! It was early October for us, so by the 2nd day we were already in the pool or hot tub.
Thanks for the video. Are they bringing back the Mickey soaps?

Hi. I was wondering what the crowd was like on the NYC cruise. How were the people?

My first Disney ship, loved it.
Prior to arriving on the ship or on arrival does Disney give out itineraries/schedules of shows, events , meet and greets, etc.?
Hi, yes, there’s a schedule that you’ll find on the Disney mobile app once you get on the ship.

And, yes, they played movies outside. 👍🏻
