When a sign says authorized personnel parking only - it means the area is to be used for parking by authorized personnel only so if you are not authorized then aren't allowed to be there whether you are parking or not.

@@kevingould6533 It certainly is......merely that, like all other "A's", it's not absolute. It doesn't exist in a bubble, where one can do/say/record whatever/wherever they want, just because they declare something "public".
The "where" is pretty integral, when it comes to any limitations to the 1st, which is why in our country, we have what's referred to as the Public Forum Doctrine. In the simplest of terms, there are 3 Court of Law Affirmed levels of Public Forums
      - *Traditional* (i.e. parks, public sidewalks, pretty much anything outside that isn't private property) --> Record to your heart's content.....or at least until the park closes
      - *Limited* (i.e. Post Offices, Courthouses, City Halls, Police Stations, Libraries) --> MAY record, unless policies in place limit such, per THEIR parameters of time, place, and manner. With permission, may continue
      - *Non* (i.e. Airport terminals, Public Schools, Polling Places, Jail Facilities, Military Bases) Recordings are STRICTLY regulated, if not prohibited. Legally requires permission to record, despite being "payed for with our taxes"
      Hope that helped

Oh my goodness, that officer just calmly and rationally made you his bit@h. All you could do was snivel and whine like a little girl. I wish you would come to our county courthouse, it has a sign that states that pursuant to the supreme court ruling on local courts, the presiding judge has established the following rules for the courthouse. The first rule states No One May Enter The Courthouse Until Authorized By The Security Officers Assigned, Other rules include. No Audio, and/or video equipment permitted with prior authorization by the chief judge. No Cell Phones without prior authorization. No weapons allowed, weapons include, but are not limited to (and there is a list) All persons entering MUST, upon authorization to enter, proceed through the metal detector. If you walk through the door without authorization, you are told ONE TIME to exit the building until authorized to enter. Any argument, or non compliance gets you a pair of chrome bracelets, and a charge of criminal trespass. And for those that want to argue the trespass, there is a copy of the statute posted, alone with the definition of obstruction for those that believe that obstruction must be a physical act. We don't have a problem with frauditors because they find that the jail time, and the fines are not worth the youtube change. Oh and your camera, and /or cell phone are taken as evidence until they are searched with a court evidentiary warrant. I have seen out of town frauditors come in, and our local youtubers that once tried the script on the courthouse, go tell them how they ended up with their attempt. But you just keep frauditing, maybe one day you will stumble upon our county and get to stay for 90 days at the grey-bar hotel. Come to play, end up with 90 days ! ! !

This jerk doesn't realize that judge's rules have the effect of law and if you disobey them you can be held in contempt and summarily jailed.
He also doesn't realize that the judge can make rules for the ENTIRE courthouse.
Theis is the general rule in both the federal and state judicial systems.
There's NO constutional right to walk into ANY public building and do what you want.
Then or course this guy starts that "honor your oath "nonsense all these frauditors do.
And of coure he says the signs at the courthouse are "unconstitutional". Right.

You are incorrect. Judges absolutely CAN make orders restricting recording for the entire court HOUSE, period. And “Authorized Personnel Parking Only” along with a representative of that building VERBALLY INFORMING YOU are all that is needed for you to be notified that you are not allowed to be in that parking lot. Finally, filming or any of the 1A activities are NOT “Civil Rights” they are Constitutional rights. Civil Rights, by DEFINITION, are rights enforced and protected by LAWS in an attempt to guarantee full and equal citizenship for people who have traditionally been discriminated against on the basis of some group characteristic. (Holding a camera is not a group characteristic according to Civil Rights law) civil rights are given and guaranteed by the power of THE STATE, whereas Constitutional rights are “endowed by our creator” and guaranteed by our Constitution. Some examples of Civil Rights are the rights to vote, to a fair trial, to government services, and to a public education. The “right” to record is not a Civil Right, and neither is the “right” to roam around a parking lot that you are clearly not allowed to be in…I can’t believe I have to point any of this out.

You also might want to educate yourself on what kind of orders a chief judge is allowed to make. By LAW, he is allowed to post an order for the entire COURTHOUSE, and not just the courtroom. And If that confuses you, then read up on the 10th amendment to the US Constitution. That will teach you all about states rights. If a judge could only make rules for their own courtroom, then wouldn't that
invalidate every ruling the Supreme Court has ever made?Just about all the
"rights" auditors use for their scams and cons, are based on Supreme Court,
and lower court rulings. There is nothing in the Constitution about videotaping

      @rherho1 ปีที่แล้ว +2

No, but if they require that you wear shoes and shirt if you want to enter and you refuse to wear your shoes and/or a shirt then you can’t enter. They can set POLICIES for the building they control and if it’s a court house the chief judge can make orders prohibiting activities, like recording, in the entire court HOUSE. That’s they way it is. When you refuse to follow those policies or orders then you can’t come in. If you break those policies after you enter then you can be told to leave, and if you refuse then you are trespassing and can be removed and even arrested. That’s how the law works.

That judge only has jurisdiction of his/her court ROOM! Even then, cameras are actually allowed to be present in many situations inside courtrooms.

are violations against you because of things you can't change and make you
different : race, sex, age, nationality, religion. You can put down a camera,
put on, or take off a mask. Things you have control over, are not considered
civil rights.Which is one of the reasons why, when a Frauditor claims his civil rights
have been violated, he has trouble finding a good civil rights lawyer. Because they
recognize, like Gem Nutso here, that he has no case.

Maybe someone may steal PII using a camera? By openly recording? I'm sure they would secretly record for that purpose but let's go there for a moment. If you're out in public, and you give your PII aloud for someone else to hear, because receiving services requires you to give your PII, you just made your PII public on your own account.
