Your videos are weirdly addictive and a very easy watch - thanks. Quick question, in London as we all know rent etc. is so high, if it takes that long to make £100 I don't understand how drivers can afford to live?!
Good question- £11.44 is the London minimum wage (per hour) from Apr 24. The London Living Wage (not mandatory) is £13.15 from April.... average room rent is £1000 or so (23) ie a house share?
Most the drivers are illegal and will rent a mattress on the floor of a hmo with 30 people
Nobody does really, delivering food like this is just to supplement a normal income for some extra cash. Its borderline impossible to make a living doing this.

When you mistakenly went to collect order #3118 from the wrong restaurant, that goes to show staff don't check for certain how long orders take. The guy said initially it'll 3-4 minutes...but they hadn't received that order 😅
Or “just 2 minutes”seems to be anything from right now to infinity

Great video! I would only say that if I order paella at a restaurant I would be surprised if it's ready quite quickly. There are a lot of ingredients in that dish and the seafood have different cooking times - a prawn can easily be over/undercooked compared to squid for eg😅

This is what freedom looks like.
In Asia they deliver to the door as well but when i was back in Australia for the Christmas holidays... The delivery drivers deliver to the street and wont deliver to the apartment door. I think most of the delivery drivers are too lazy and just say they can't find the door and if you don't grab your food from them, they cancel it saying thry couldn't deliver even with the offer of a good tip. Your work ethic is exemplary.
You might want to invest in light motorbike gloves. They will help you avoid minor injuries.
Why do so many mopeds and motorcycles in the UK have a big L on them?
This is a joke right
Because there is no incentive to get a full motorcycle licence in the U.K. You just take a simple test every two years to keep your L plates. It’s expensive to get a full licence over here.

I'm not British (am American), but some weird stuff jumped out at me in this video.
1) I understand the tipping culture is different, but how do you live several floors up in a stairs-only building and not tip at least a little something on deliveries? Seems like a pretty scummy choice.
2) That last building of the video, it seems really odd that there are no lights (even night lights) in the stairwells. For the building owner, it feels like the tiny bit of money for that electricity is worth it to keep from being liable for a tenant or guest falling down the stairs in the dark. 🤷♂
The first point like you said just comes down to the tipping culture. Even though it's extra work climbing the stairs, tipping still wouldn't really be considered by most.
The second point is just an abnormality. Perhaps the building had a power outage, or maybe the light switches were manual? Either way it's pretty strange as constant light or automatic lights are standard. Not a common occurrence
