Paano gumawa ng Buchi [ pang NEGOSYO / BUSINESS ]

  • Ito ang mga ilang tips para hindi mag sag, lumubog, pisa o palitaw ang outcome ng Buchi. Ang Buchi ay sikat na pagkaing pang meryenda ng mga Filipino at maganda rin pang Negosyo. Narito rin ang kumpletong detalye ng Buchi sa ating blog:

    Maari mo ding mapanood ang No-voice version ng video na ito dito:
    Siguraduhin lamang po na mag-adjust ng tubig o dagdagan kung masyadong tuyo o dry at kung ito naman ay masyadong malabnaw, dagdagan ng paunti unti ng Glutinous rice flour.
    Gumamit ng Measuring Cup at Spoon. Magkaiba ang sukat ng karaniwang tasa na gamit natin sa pang araw araw dito sa ating measuring spoon/cup.

    Mga sangkap o Ingredients ng Buchi: (Hindi taktak o siksik ang pagsukat ko dito)
    1 2/3 tasa tubig na bagong kulo
    1 tasa glutinous rice flour (unang lagay)
    1/2 tasa glutinous pangalawang lagay
    1/2 tbsp ng mantika para sa glutinous dough (para iwas tuyot)
    7-8 tasa ng mantika pang deep fry
    1/4 tasa ng asukal na puti
    1 cup tasa ng sesame seeds
    Homemade Kidney Bean Paste Filling (or any filling na iyong choice):
    Edible Glue:
    1 tbsp. glutinous rice flour
    1 tbsp. water (room temperature lang- hindi mainit at hindi rin warm basta yung tubig na malamig na hindi galing sa ref)
    Bakit mainit na tubig?
    Para maluto na ang kalahati ng malagkit powder natin, ng sa ganon pag ka deep fry luto na siya ng slight at NO NEED ng lutuin masyado (overcook), iwas bloated (busog sa mantika o hangin). Kung napapansin natin minsan, kung nakagawa ka na noon ng buchi, pagkaahon pa lang sa mantika tapos hindi na din fresh, busog na busog mong inahon tapos ang ending FLAT na si Buchi natin kasi busog na busog kay mantika pati kay Hangin.

    Business Tips para sa negosyo mong buchi:
    1. Mag-invest tayo sa measuring cups at spoons
    2. Mag-invest tayo ng Digital Scale (don't worry maraming murang Digital Scale kagaya ng ginagamit ko).
    Bakit mo kailangan mag-invest sa mga yan puwede naman tantya tantya lang diba?
    1. Para hindi ka malugi, alam mo kung mag-kano ang ginastos mo, magkano rin yung papasok na pera sa negosyong ito.
    2. Pag maganda mo na present sa customers mo ang produkto mo, mas madaming maattract bumili kasi Pisikal na itsura pa lang maganda na.
    Saan nakakabili nung mga kailangan na nabanggit sa video:
    1. Ang malagkit powder ay readily available sa mga palengke, savemore, robinsons at puregold.
    2. Ganun din ang sesame seeds, makikita mo yan sa tabi ng mga paminta, garlic powder, onion powder at kung ano ano pa.
    3. Digital Kitchen Scale - dito ko binili (besh itong link na ito at mula sa Lazada, pag bumili ka gamit ang link na yan may kita ako pero kung ayaw mo akong kumita). Tingin ka lang sa ibang similar product na tulad nito. Siguradong maraming lalabas dun na kapareho ng produktong ito. Piliin yung mas maraming good reviews at feedback sa seller.
    4. Measuring spoons/cup ay available halos sa lahat ng kitchen ware stores pati sa palengke.
    Costing:
    1. Ilista mo lahat ng presyo kung magkano bili mo sa bawat sangkap na binili mo.
    2. Ilista mo din yung pamasahe mo.
    3. I-total mo lahat kung magkano ang nagastos mo

    I followed the direction and nakuha kong tama, yung ibang tao dito masyadong magdemand baka kulang kasi unawa kung paano gawin, namnamin nyo kasi. Yang kasasalita nyo ng masakit sa kapwa nyo harinawang wag bumalik sa inyo, namnamin nyo din mga masasakit na salitang sinasabi nyo. Ang Pinoy talaga ubod ng salbahe.

    Bagong kulo ba tlga ang gagamitin kasi gumamit ako ng kumukulong tubig sobrang lagkit ng glutinuos hindi tulad sayo..sa akin nadikit sa kamay..tinapon ko lang.inulit ko ng tubig na di mainit ayun di na malagkit..

      opo, yun lang po yung essence nitong video. Kahit anong recipe po meron kayo kahit di itong recipe ko mismo puwede nyo pong sundin as long as malagkit lang yung pinaka main ingredient _(no camote powder, rice powder or even potato)_ ng buchi na gagawin mo.
