Tom that lady may not realize that you take pleasure in nature because for a Jamaican it’s an everyday thing and where she sees nothing you see everything. She is sending you towards the developed area where she sees value. ( Now am philosophical 😂).
At some point it looked like you were at the top of the world. Jamaica sure is beautiful .I didn't know it was so mountainous and that there were blue mountains. We are sitting here in the USA just amazed at the beauty of the country side.

Hey Tom I am a Jamaican who's living in Oslo Norway 🇳🇴 I noticed all these big and beautiful houses but there is one problem that I all these houses owners should address is to fix the roads What's the point of all these big and beautiful houses and bad roads

You people believed only negative things about Jamaica, like where you are living is heaven. There's more good than bad happening in Jamaica. But Jamaicans never see the good only foreigners. That's why they said if they listened to Jamaicans like both of you, they would be so scare to visit
@@charmainethompson1319 - Not true. yes, I am not living there anymore, but am from there. Each country has its good and bad. In the area Tom Walked I know of some robberies there. I am from the township below the Blue Mountains and have had several robberies, as recent as last year. A warning is not a negative thing.
The green and purple plants are called “ BOAT LILLY “ but the scientific name is “ TRADESCANTIA SPATHACEA “ ! The yellow flowers is call “ ALLAMANDA “ ! bless up Tom , one love ! 😊

Cheswick!? OMG! I have relatives from Cheswick. My very special and dear cousin was born there. My maternal side of family is from Dalvey, St. Thomas. Dalvey is near to Cheswick. Also I'm very familiar with Smokey Vale because I lived there and had many friends there. Some still live there.
I am curious, do you travel with water. I don't see you drinking in the hot sun. You need to be careful with those lonely hikes in some areas. I am from the area and should know.
That was uncharted territory. I'm not sure if I would have been brave enough to take that walk alone. One thing that is common about the people wherever you go; they are usually quite amiable.
That lady was so nice but was absolutely not letting me walk up that rough trail. You don’t see it in the video, but she actually took me by the arm at one point. You gotta love Jamaica and it’s people. ❤️❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲
Could be a captured land. Exposure might cause problems. Try getting a small drone under 1lb and for personal use, you won't need a license to fly and explore before you walk.
I would love to have a small drone to carry on my walks. I have a big drone, but I’ve crashed it one too many times so it quit working. One of those DJI minies would be so nice to have someday. 👍❤️🇯🇲💸

I think you need to leave some things alone, your on a road with no one around reach a dead end which is block off, you should have to turn around when you realize it was a dead end, you're take too much risk and you does know the area.
