Sure, some will say she appeared in WWE before that as Thalia Madison, even having couple of TV appearances in WWE, and that is absolutely true. However, unlike Angelina Love who was signed to WWE as Angel Williams in developmental territories, Velvet was never signed by WWE. To me, she is without a doubt the greatest modern female wrestler who was never signed by WWE.
