The Thing is, that's cheerleader, Melissa. They wanted to explode that more you know to see what she can do as that character it could have worked. 💯🤔
Not only that but kong looks skinny. Like you can tell she's dropped at least 40-50lbs since her aew shenanigans.
The mood of the area legit changed when her theme started playing and when they made their way to the ring. I f'n miss that part of wrestling.

Kong just has such a dominating presence without ever saying a word. That’s such a lost art. That’s even with knowing how her personality is from the interview and podcast clips. She’s a master of her craft.
The women have some of the best themes in Impact. Only one missing is Rosemary with the Decay theme, but she's currently napping in Courtney lol

Honestly knockouts has done so much for the Women’s Wrestling. Impact has lift up the career of wrestlers who were under appreciated and give them spotlight to make a name for themselves. I feel like Impact is the real land of opportunity, where others are given a chance to take the stage.

Dutch Mantell recently talked about how the Knockouts were the biggest draw for Impact, and specifically brought up the cage match between Gail Kim and Kong.

I love that theme song. It's basic but just slaps.
The sad part is I think people nowadays really don't realize how important the beautiful people were to the entire history of this company and how vital they were to their most successful years.
They absolutely were the centerpiece of the company during their most prosperous time and their time of greatest notoriety.
Every week, without fail, the beautiful people's segment would have the highest viewership on TH-cam and social media, and this was something that was consistent throughout their entire time with the company. The knockouts division was built for the beautiful people. They aren't literally the cornerstone. And I don't feel like that was pushed home enough in this segment.

This segment with Gail Kim , The Beautiful People, Awesome Kong, Deonna Purrazzo, Jordynne Grace, Trinity, Tasha Steelz and Mickie James was a truly epic moment and the knockouts are the best women's division in the history of the pro-wrestling world overall I love them 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️

This segment showcases what makes Impact's Knockout's division so great since it's inception in 2007.
The best part was when the Beautiful People came out. The music. The entrance. The nostalgia. Great to see them once again.

@@SheriffOutlaw We also can't forget Ms. Jackie. Her and Gail's rivalry was one of many feuds that led to the Knockouts' Division. That being said, there are so many women that helped with founding the Knockouts Division that I'm sure we are forgetting quite a few. They deserve a ton of credit as well.
@Lunzatis_Palemoon indeed! I didn't know or start watching Impact until 2006 and it was when Styles and Daniels were feuding with LAX. Ms. Brooks and Gail Kim were the 2 Knockouts I knew about at the time. Best decision I made tuning in. ❤️
@@SheriffOutlaw I started watching Impact shortly before you did and I remember that Ms. Jackie and Gail Kim were part of America's Most Wanted. Gail Kim eventually got tired of AMW's bs while they were part of Jarrett's faction and that's what led to the rivalry/feud between Ms. Jackie and Gail Kim. In fact, that was shortly after Gail Kim initially arrived at Impact. I think it progressed into the Ms. Brooks feud because Ms. Brooks was associated with Bobby Roode.
The Legends of the knockouts division have returned they look like they don't age to save their lives that's what you call beauty at its finest 💖

Except for Impact it's true. Name one American wrestling promotion where the women's matches did so well in ratings. Name one company that put so much emphasis on female wrestlers back in the 2000's. You can't. Impact was the original women's revolution.
Women's revolution before the "Women's revolution". Impact's Knockout division has always been one of their forte. There is star power all over, always have been.

No she's not. Tracie Brooks, Kong, Taylor Wilde, The Beautiful People and Gail Kim are the original class of knockouts. Mickie came much later in the 2010's.

I was there live. All the veterans got really great return pop but Trinity's entrance had everyone going crazy (who's not the front row). Its just such a fun and amazing entrance. It was almost like a rave, so much fun.

I’m a WWE guy but as a kid I used to tune in to TNA a little bit and remember some of the OG’s, AJ, Samoa Joe, beer money, Kurt, the beautiful people, etc. it’s great to seem some of them return.💯

tna deserved so much more regardless of the ratings or the crowd sizes they actually were as entertaining as wwe back in their day n i wish they could’ve saw more success like the old tna deserved crowds as large as wwe back then because they actually did deliver on all aspects looking back they didn’t get the flowers they deserved they had my attention every thursday faithfully!
