Love the video but tbh Lyney is much better than you let on, he doesn’t solely rely on charged atks like ganyu and tighnari as a lot of his dmg comes from his skill and burst and he’s still one of the top speedrunning characters. Arlecchino is even more repetitive than him imo its just na spam lol but I play them both to switch things up
Yeah, but how to play him at C0 and no signature? When I tried to play him at Trial Runs, he was knocked down all the time. :( If you suggest Zhongli, his shield is temporary, it is hard to predict when to use his hold E.

My Layla is above 40k of hp and almost never her shield gets broken easily unless enemies spam pyro attacks, though I will go for Zhongli soon (for resonance purposes with Yun Jin) her shield still impressive, she has helped my Yoimiya and Tighnari many times in the abyss. On the othe hand, Thomas's shield takes too much time to accumulate durability so we can all agree that it isn't that great at all.

Layla is a pretty good character, but the difference is significant. Zhongli is too strong (shield, even 20 sec duration... That's huge). Also have some utility ability along with terrifying Shield, -20% res reduction -4pc artifact effect (20% ATK or 35% DMG bonus) About Yoimiya + Yun Jin: Overrated combo. Bennett is a much better option (pyro resonance effects)

Btw, I've seen youtubers saying that Zhongli works better with archaic petra since for every crystallization reacted, it gives you 35% of elemental dmg bonus 🤔

The 35% DMG bonus is huge, but there are some problems. 1) Crystalize reaction should be done between the element of the DPS character and Geo. 2) The position of the elemental shard created by a crystalized reaction is too random. 3) Equip characters (like Zhongli) must be collect the shard. It won't work if someone else collects the shard (main drawback). However it can be good based on the situation. But 4pc Tenacity looks like a good choice
