    Happened upon your channel by chance about a month ago and you inspired me to purchase an e-bike. Got the RV700….derestricted it and having a blast….good stress relief. Great content mate👍

      It really makes me happy hearing I helped get people out on ebikes etc..
      It is a therapy in itself! Glad you enjoy the content too.
      I was temped with the rv700 with dual motors. Can't wait to try 1

    Thanks for posting your experiences with ebikes; but driving on these roads that look to be only 1 1/2 car widths wide without mirrors seems madness.

    I hope all is well with Johnny, his videos are great, seems strange he hasn't uploaded for 9 months.

    I'm still rocking my RV800 and after about 700 miles the front fork appears to now have softened up a bit. I really love this bike and probably the best one I've had so far. I used to have an electric Haibike mountain bike (250 watts) which cost £5.500 and had better components but the Lankeleisi is a lot better ride and more fun.

      Good to hear mate, hopefully mine bed in more with miles. I've bot quite got 700 yet.
      I've always been put off them bikes for those reasons. Price and watts.
      But I expect very nice at some Welsh mtb parks.
      For the money this is alot of bike especially with the bafang and Samsung cells.

    the rod that spins the flywheel on my demon 140 has completely snapped right where the stator is, pretty sure its the camshaft, would it be an easy fix for someone with not much experience?

    • @motomachinezuk8786
      @motomachinezuk8786  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly I'm not sure as never had that problem myself. I've purely learnt from doing repairs myself. If it is cam shaft then my guess is difficult because that would be be and engine split but I'm probably wrong. Sorry I can't help

      @@motomachinezuk8786 i meant to say crank shaft not camshaft whoops, Two places ive contacted have said its a write off so im getting close to just spending 60 quid on a new camshaft and repairing it myself

    @motomachinezuk8786 You mentioned in one of you last videos that you restricted your bike and disconnected throttle,is this acceptable to the police,I’m unsure on the rules i thought it couldn’t have a hub of that power,ps I’m not a karen just not upto speed on ebike rules cheers buddy for vlogs .👍

      It's a difficult 1. If riding sensibly and not hooning through public areas at silly speed causing a nuisance they won't look twice.
      The cyrusher is 750w restricted and is uk compliant.

    Good video, those roads are looking battered in places, I noticed the all the tyre marks wonder what happened there. Seems like everyone in the world wants to come to live in my town now but not so they can do the same lifestyle - fishing hunting gardening winemaking etc you will not see them doing that.

    • @motomachinezuk8786
      @motomachinezuk8786  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I didn't notice the road probably because I see alot of tyre marks on the back roads that's its normal now.
      You are probably closer to London than me so it's that catchment area.
      City folk just want to say we live in countryside. It's weird the change over the years. Along my street most were tradesmen and grafters now 90% work online and wear red trousers to walk there dogs

    • @ash0787
      @ash0787 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@motomachinezuk8786 the dogs I see people have here now mostly look like curly haired teddy bear types that you might want if your house is really small and you never leave a city. I wonder which type of the e-bikes you have would be best for me because you've got a few now. Giant Talon frame vs new one with 60v hub, Stock Sur Ron and then this orange one, which one has most comfortable upright riding position with legs not squashed up or pedals too far forward or back ?

    • @motomachinezuk8786
      @motomachinezuk8786  ปีที่แล้ว

      @ash0787 everyone is different but the lankeleisi is most upright bit still not perfect. The voodoo is a l an probably bit big for me. Wide bars and quite forward. You need a commuting gravel type bike for long durations

    • @ash0787
      @ash0787 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@motomachinezuk8786 I wonder if it would be better with the medium size frame of the same bike, its a very long bike that giant talon and theres way more room in the triangle than the UPP battery needs, even with the controller bag in there too theres like an inch gap top and bottom between the battery and the frame. So many people here now got Ebikes, seen at least 3 today that were obviously electric ones, a lot that might have been but hard to tell, all commercial ones though, very rarely see DIY, even the fat tyre ones I sometimes see look commercial.

    • @motomachinezuk8786
      @motomachinezuk8786  ปีที่แล้ว

      @ash0787 medium would be better for me but not sure I could get everything inside frame. Mid drive would. I want a mid drive but unsure what I need.
      These production bikes are getting better and reasonably priced some are. My lankeleisi is alot of bike for the money. Rides well especially with fat tyres. Sturdy bike that feels planted. Nearly just as well to buy one than build
