Hi Milly..I wanted to make tamarind juice so I bought some tamarind.Unfortunately they are green inside. I have 2 questions.1.Does that mean I have to dry them before I can use them? 2. When I boil it at night can I leave it overnight and squeeze it the next day? Thanks

I remember when we were in primary school we used to put the tamarind seeds in a bottle then add water and shake, that's how we made our juice
That may be the best way to preserve the vitamin C.
