Messi just lacks height but he's way superior to Ronaldo . ppl talk about his abysmal performances while playing for his country, which i think is pretty unfair if supporters eased up off his back a bit he wouldn't feel that pressure of being the reason for Argentina's failings and successes and would probably feel more comfortable playing, ppl forget that a team has to work together in order to get great results and it goes without saying that everyone is accountable for that to happen

I respect ronaldo a lot i think he is one of the Best soccer player and one thing i like about him the most if his discipline and his passion for the game I don't think any body is as passionate as Cristiano in football ,but messi is of just another level ronaldo needs the help of other players to score thw goals but messi can dribbles past half of the team alone and can score goal
When you think "who is the most skilled player" - you're right at the creativity point btw - between Messi and Ronaldo, no doubts that is Messi. But Rodrigo is right in his argument: Ronaldo played well pretty much in all teams that he passed by. And we have to consider that were teams from different countries. So when you think "who is the best 'team player'" or "the player that is more able to adapt himself to different teams", no doubt is Ronaldo. And the discussion about the "national soccer team" proves that: if you pick up player by player of Portugal and Argentina, you gonna have better players in the argentinian one, but the problem is that there, other have to adapt their style to Messi while in Portugal, Cristiano Ronaldo adapt himself to the best way for his team to play. So for me, no doubt that Ronaldo is a better player than Messi, even if Messi is more skillful (consedering that football is a "team game"). And consedering all that, I think that Ronaldinho Gaúcho is a better player than both. And Ronaldo Fenômeno more decisive than both. But this could be my brasilian side speaking louder... Hahaha Btw: is "speaking louder" the right expression in this phrase?
Ok it was a really good video thank you. For me They are both interesting! Which one is better, it's difficult because they are not playing the same game. Messi knows perfectly how he has to play, he always plays for the same team Barcelona. I will say it's easier for him than it was for Ronaldo. Messi has always plays with the same players. Ronaldo has to show is level in each team he moved. Honestly for me it's impossible to say which one is the best! We are lucky to see them. They are like Djoko, Nadal and Federer in tennis! My rank will be Pele, Messi and Ronaldo in the same but guys you forgot one very important thing, Zidane won the World Cup, European cup, Champions league... when he was player and again two Champions league in manager... For me Zidane is one of the top guy in Football. He is an example for lot of people in France, Spain, Italy and elsewhere... His influence in his sport has never been seen before! I would always remember the game between France and Brazil in 2006, he was on another planet, never seen Ronaldo and Messi with national team play as a winner like he did!!!

Amazing Class!!, I am from Argentina, so you know I will always say Messi is the best, even though CR7 is an incredible Footballer. But I also think that British Football is the Best and the most competitive Football in the world as well. and there are tons of very very talented British Footballers, after all, It´s a British sport.

I would say that Roberto Carlos is one of the best non-forwards and Ronaldinho Gaucho is one of the best strikers, especially his unique ball handling technique

Hi Jack, I am from Argentina and though I'm not really into football or soccer I found it really interesting that you spoke about Messi who was born here in Argentina and is considered the best football player alive. It's obvious that you know a lot more about football cuz you're English and football in England is really important as it is in Argentina whereas Rodrigo who is American seems to have very little knowledge as most Americans do on soccer⚽. But anyway it was a very good video and I got kind of emotional because Messi is considered some sort of God here in my country. Thanks a lot and I will watch this video several times for sure

In my perspective , the best football player is messi . Ronando is very good too . but I would say i prefer messi . despite he is a small guy but he can constantly lead the ball past every one . Ronaldo Has a stronger boby and he very fast , but he can only lead the ball past 2 or 3 players. Very disappointed with Ronaldo. What he did in Korea as a Juventus player was absolutely shame and disgusting. Just pretended to play but did nothing. Watched game and warmed up the bench.
