Messi just lacks height but he's way superior to Ronaldo . ppl talk about his abysmal performances while playing for his country, which i think is pretty unfair if supporters eased up off his back a bit he wouldn't feel that pressure of being the reason for Argentina's failings and successes and would probably feel more comfortable playing, ppl forget that a team has to work together in order to get great results and it goes without saying that everyone is accountable for that to happen

When you think "who is the most skilled player" - you're right at the creativity point btw - between Messi and Ronaldo, no doubts that is Messi. But Rodrigo is right in his argument: Ronaldo played well pretty much in all teams that he passed by. And we have to consider that were teams from different countries. So when you think "who is the best 'team player'" or "the player that is more able to adapt himself to different teams", no doubt is Ronaldo. And the discussion about the "national soccer team" proves that: if you pick up player by player of Portugal and Argentina, you gonna have better players in the argentinian one, but the problem is that there, other have to adapt their style to Messi while in Portugal, Cristiano Ronaldo adapt himself to the best way for his team to play. So for me, no doubt that Ronaldo is a better player than Messi, even if Messi is more skillful (consedering that football is a "team game"). And consedering all that, I think that Ronaldinho Gaúcho is a better player than both. And Ronaldo Fenômeno more decisive than both. But this could be my brasilian side speaking louder... It's obvious that you know a lot more about football cuz you're English and football in England is really important as it is in Argentina whereas Rodrigo who is American seems to have very little knowledge as most Americans do on soccer⚽. In my perspective , the best football player is messi . Ronando is very good too . but I would say i prefer messi . despite he is a small guy but he can constantly lead the ball past every one . Ronaldo Has a stronger boby and he very fast , but he can only lead the ball past 2 or 3 players. Very disappointed with Ronaldo. What he did in Korea as a Juventus player was absolutely shame and disgusting. Just pretended to play but did nothing. Watched game and warmed up the bench.
