This is great. I tried this and tweaked some of the frequencies to fit my voice/mic. I also swapped the 1176 E out for the Cl1b mk2. I've been having a itch to buy some new gear but Im not gonna lie I feel satisfied with this vocal chain. Minimal Processing afterward except the fun stuff. Great demo Thanks!
Hell yea!! Now do me a solid and SHARE THE SHOW!! 🕺🏻
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hope you got a lot from this one!
The TLM103 without processing is already good but your chain makes it more 'radio ready'. Thank you for this video. Also I'm surprised to see a fellow Indonesian (an Avantgarde singer named Mawang) in this video @9:16 😂😂😂😂😂
Hell yea! I am a bit old school when it comes to engineering, I like to capture almost EXACTLY how I want the record to sound “to tape”
Well I ended up deleting my default rec setting by saving new settings over it LOL. But now I'm finally using the UNISON feature of my Apollo which I wasn't aware of until now.
Great video as usual! The way you explain everything even I can understand IT. Thank you please keep them coming!
So happy to help! Please share the show if you got something from it! 🫡
This is great how you show/in and out/ what's happening in your vocal chain. Really the best!

'I might cry a little bit' 🥹😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣
Lmao! 😭
Thanks for making this video! So much gems here! I really dig your VO sound quality in these videos. I also use a Neumann TLM 103 with an Apollo Twin X. Are you printing these effects or just monitoring? I seen the red dot in console so I assume your committing to these effects.
Cheers! I print the console stuff like a true engineer... ;). Commit!
Dope song!!!!!
Thanks fam!
Can you do a vid on how you do parallel processing in logic
Is that Bradley Levine or Adam Denniston singing on that track?
Lmao! 😂
Why at my 1176 must be input minimum on 24 ? Even that my signal is -5 db Loud, thank you
So are you doing this processing on a single comped mono vocal? Or are all your doubles and stacks being processed through this on a bus?
I’m confused by this question… Did you watch the video?
@@RadiumRecordsHollywood yeah I watched the whole thing
I’m trying to figure out if you are processing each vocal track at a time like this or if you’re routing individual mono vocal tracks to a bus and processing them all together
So, this whole episode is about my RECORDING setup... This is how I'm recording vocals going in. @@Squidaniel
@@RadiumRecordsHollywood oooooo ok ok got it.
Yea, sorry... I've done of videos on the actual "mixing" process throughout the channel, every vocal I mix is different, depending on the style of the song and what it calls for. @@Squidaniel
Please what DAW is that?
This is all in Logic Pro using the UAD console
@@RadiumRecordsHollywood pls does UAD owns a DAW?
Amazing video is there video where you go more in depth about your vocal doubler chain🤍
Cheers! Probably a lot of the live stream replays on the channel….
