THANK YOU! Never would have thought to combine the result columns in the formula. This just saved me a good couple hours of work.

Usually never comments. Been looking a lot at excel videos, this one is by far the most straight forward one, nice and simple. Very good, thank you.

Nicely done! However, I'm having difficulty. I have a List of dates (columns for Month, Day, and the Event) as a single source for adding, deleting and changing if needed. I would like the ability to XLOOKUP by a specific (each) Month and have ONLY that Month's Events print at a specific cell below a monthly Calendar. Your example got me the start of the Month and its entirety, but the list aslo continued into the next Month. I must be missing something! Could you please give me a sample formula to resolve my dilemma?!

What if First name is not distinct and contains multiple Alicias or Luciens with different surnames?

How will it work if my criteria is not in the same sequence as the source data? E.g. in source data , Name of employee is on B coloum and Surname on C column, but i want output where Name is on C column and Surname is on B column..

This is very helpful, thank you. I tried using column references (=XLOOKUP(A19#,'Assets (All)'!$Y:$Y,'Assets (All)'!$BG:$BH)) but it doesn't seem to like it, any advice?
