I made 3 new worlds after 1.2.4, they all have corruption and the old ores (copper iron silver gold) ALL OF THEM. I thought the new patch broke the 1.2 update but apparently my worlds just suck at being random.

Infinite NPC house. I usually use them in my worlds cause I'm too lazy to build houses (I usually have two: one for the goblin, the nurse, stud like that, the other for all others). The challenging NPC is the truffle, the tax collector and the party girl. I always have all the others (not always the pirate, but he's easy).
The party girl is not completely useless. She sells bubble blocks,which can be useful for arenas if you want to make floating honey or if you want to make floating water if it is a shrimpy truffle (mount from expert duke fishron) mount based arena. Also, she sells rockets which can be used for boss killing machines, Mappy uses them sometimes.
I love how you edit your videos. I mean you doing speedruns and make a video sometimes x4, x5 speed to skip to the mostt important things. Enjoy watching these videos, really.

There is one thing nobody seems to understand... *sigh* Yri does NOT randomly say "I'm going to speedrun!" and gets something out of it. He says "I'm going to speedrun!" and generated 23847239874923 worlds, because it is ALSO ABOUT LUCK. Let's say that he had not found the gravity potion in the ice chest. That alone wouldn't have ruined that run, because ice sword is good early on, only not enough for a duo boss run. However, starfury is MUCH superior. Proof? Ice sword doesn't get a single swing after he's picked up Starfury. Now, say that he found a lucky horseshoe instead. He would have to deal with EoC and EoW with the ice sword and ball o' hurt. Doable. In fact, Ball o' hurt is a great weapon for EoW, and Yri has probably killed more EoW's than I have killed slimes. Lastly: If he ONLY HAD THE ICE SWORD. He would have managed to deal with them, I'm sure, but it would be harder and maybe he would only be able to kill the EoW due to the despawn after night is over on EoC. tl;dr - Yri is a GODLIKE player. But skill alone sadly doesn't get you good speedruns. The loot MUST be good.
Callme Enkay 1/8th of a trillion worlds would take up all computer data before you even get to 100 worlds. Also, he isn't a godlike player but Ymir and someone else (can't remember his name) are the best players of the game who constantly rival.

Every Heart or ShadowBall will give you +50% chance to get meteorite and +10% (I think. Might be more or might be less.) of goblin invasion, as you start breaking them, you get +50%, +100%, +150%, +200% and on and on.

I completely agree, I would love to see this. Sadly the one problem is if you get lucky like I have gotten it would just add on a little bit of time (first 2 solar eclipses got me 3 swords and they were the first 2 nights of hard mode for me) hardly anything extra considering how easy it is to get the swords but if you get unlucky it could take days upon days.

How could you call a run like this a "Failure"?! You don't have to beat Hard(er)mode in every single playthrough for it to be a success... You did something fantastic in this run, and that is all that counts.
Damn. First he was doing what many can't and killing a boss on the first night, and now he's killing TWO on the first night. Yrimir is stepping up his game, folks. I think Wall of Flesh on first night might be coming soon..
Even Yrimir can't do impossible stuffs. What you want is: kill wall of flesh before the night, then get a suspicius looking eye (or suspicius looking brain), a mechanical worm, mechanical eye, a mechanical skull, get thoose items at ONE day, then go to the dungeon to spawn the Skeletron, and I didn't talked about plantera, who you can kill only when you killed a hardmode boss, and ofcourse the golem
Hey, Yri, can you try the three main pre hardmode bosses first night? I know it may sound ridiculous but with a lucky spawn, it may be possible. ( I don't mind if you exclude queen be and king slime, and I don't care BoC or EoW ).
My Terraria starts: Spawns in ocean No trees to be found A dart traps get triggered by a mob and accidentally summons Queen Bee I get killed by shark I try to dig, get suffocated in sand Finally got out of water, found a terrible spear that does -1 damage Dies to fall damage Find 6 flare guns in a row Destroys a shadow orb in order to get some sweet loot Gets shadow heart Dies to a boulder Gets hit by meteor Tries to mine meteor, dies Tries to install Cheat Sheet, Terraria crashes Tried to redownload Terraria, internet cable breaks and computer shuts down Great
The only problem with crimson biomes is that everything dropped via shadow orb, you can get, the shadow orb, musket, vile thorn or mana star bracelet (required for mana handcuffs) so you need to create separate worlds, which my computer is so laggy about doing :/

I believe it's because he hit it with both the blade and the star and they both crit, totalling at a lucky 100 damage.

The goblin army, however, has the criteria that at least one shadow orb or demon heart must be destroyed, and at least 1 player has 200 hp in the world. Meeting those, there is a 1/15 chance each dawn of a goblin invasion.

I completely agree, I would love to see this. Sadly the one problem is if you get lucky like I have gotten it would just add on a little bit of time (first 2 solar eclipses got me 3 swords and they were the first 2 nights of hard mode for me) hardly anything extra considering how easy it is to get the swords but if you get unlucky it could take days upon days.

I remember when beating just one boss on the first night was reserved for the professionals. Now that I've reached that point you have to do two now
yri, do you think the snow/ice biome is a good place to start a playthrough? it seems very good because of the high amout of chests and the ice blade, wich really helps out early game

You don't have to beat Hard(er)mode in every single playthrough for it to be a success... You did something fantastic in this run, and that is all that counts.

Even Yrimir can't do impossible stuffs. What you want is: kill wall of flesh before the night, then get a suspicius looking eye (or suspicius looking brain), a mechanical worm, mechanical eye, a mechanical skull, get thoose items at ONE day, then go to the dungeon to spawn the Skeletron, and I didn't talked about plantera, who you can kill only when you killed a hardmode boss, and ofcourse the golem

Hey, Yri, can you try the three main pre hardmode bosses first night? I know it may sound ridiculous but with a lucky spawn, it may be possible.
( I don't mind if you exclude queen be and king slime, and I don't care BoC or EoW ).

My Terraria starts:
Spawns in ocean
No trees to be found
A dart traps get triggered by a mob and accidentally summons Queen Bee
I get killed by shark
I try to dig, get suffocated in sand
Finally got out of water, found a terrible spear that does -1 damage
Dies to fall damage
Find 6 flare guns in a row
Destroys a shadow orb in order to get some sweet loot
Gets shadow heart
Dies to a boulder
Gets hit by meteor
Tries to mine meteor, dies
Tries to install Cheat Sheet, Terraria crashes
Tried to redownload Terraria, internet cable breaks and computer shuts down

Bunny You cant spawn in the ocean
The only problem with crimson biomes is that everything dropped via shadow orb, you can get, the shadow orb, musket, vile thorn or mana star bracelet (required for mana handcuffs) so you need to create separate worlds, which my computer is so laggy about doing :/
