Just watched this a 2nd time and took notes. I ordered some and look forward to wearing them. I do not want to disappoint our Lord Yeshua, AGAIN, as He knows I have in the past. Some of my past choices still haunt me.

I have often joked that anyone who knows me is aware of the fact that I have an itchy trigger finger when it comes to talking about the Bible. I also sometimes suspect they see the tzitzit and assume it's got something to do with the Bible and they just don't want to know.

I found it was really hard to start wearing tassels as well. I wore them inside my pants on a keychain for the longest time. I was also afraid of looking stupid. But my own inability to control my desire to sin eventually won out and I started faithfully wearing them. It has changed my life.
Yea people generally are afraid to ask. But I hope that someday some do, I’d love to talk to them about Hashem and Yeshua!

@@Palmtreepeace I was wondering if the Scripture says women are also to wear them . Does it? I cant find where Scripture specifies they are for men only or for all. I suspect they are for all, as the commandments are for all. What say you? Thank you for your time.

Stumbled upon your channel while literally tying new tassels for my husband. I really appreciated your "beginner friendly" approach! This was nicely made. Now I'm back to check out your other videos.
I only had a couple people ask me about them, people I knew. The first time I wore them to work I guess they kind of matched my outfit, so the women complimented my outfit and they thought the tassels seemed like part of my shirt. LOL.

Are we allowed to tuck our Tzit-Tzit in? Or are we supposed to wear them on the outside? Will other Christians who don’t wear them think we are wearing them because we are “showing off” or acting more righteous/spiritual and doing it to be seen by men? Remember how Yeshua said the Pharisees were wearing them just to be seen by men and show off?

We have to remember what the disciples decided in Acts - Act 15:19 “Therefore I judge that we should not trouble those from among the nations who are turning to Elohim,
Act 15:20 but that we write to them to abstain from the defilements of idols, and from whoring, and from what is strangled, and from blood. Remember they would be taught as they attended Shabbot in whatever coomunity they were in, so line upon line precept upon precept we of the nation would learn how to apply His word in our lives. We should not burden them who come in with everything at one time :) I know we think we need to but let us learn to feed them at the proper time :) milk as they grow and meat when they are ready. Once they see what to do we pray they will.

I agree... Up to a point
I agree that was the intent of the Apostles to allow Gentiles to learn the Torah over a period Of time, but that's not how it turned out and now the most so-called Christians do not even have the slightest understanding of the Torah and they will use Acts15 as their justification as to why they don't have to follow the laws of God

Okay so I am not Jewish but I am a Christian and I am in the process of sanctification and when I started reading scripture I felt like something's jumped out to me like some things were speaking directly to my heart to my soul. And it makes sense when it says being drafted into the Commonwealth of Israel I understand that cuz I feel like I am part of his family part of the chosen but I don't understand and what my question is Old testament the tassels talks about tying them to the four corners of your clothing so what I'm confused is about what do we follow and what do we leave behind in the Old testament, who chooses what is relevant now and what and what is left in the past?

why have a cross around you're neck when Yeshua in your heart??..
If you have Tizits a cross what ever it may be it dosent mean that you will suddenly forget his laws..

Shalom, this is absolutely beautiful !
The Lord in the Torah commands us to put a simple blue thread in the tzitzits, without adding traditions or customs (Numbers 15:31-41, Deuteronomy 22:12). Furthermore, according to the Talmud, the blue thread Tekhelet must be made from the blood of an impure snail called "Chilazon", yet according to the Torah there is no specification on the dye, and the snail is unclean and abominable according to the Torah since only fish that have scales and fins are clean (Leviticus 11:9, Deuteronomy 14:9), but all fish that do not have scales or fins are unclean and abominable, and we We must not touch their dead bodies (Leviticus 11:10-12, Deuteronomy 14:10), while snails and octopuses like cuttlefish are impure and abominable according to the Torah!
Hashem says : "When someone, without realizing it, touches a polluted thing, such as the corpse of an impure animal, whether of a wild or domestic animal, or of a reptile, he himself will become impure and he will be guilty" (Léviticus 5:2), also: “that you may be able to distinguish what is holy from what is profane, and what is impure from what is pure” (Leviticus 10:10), and : "whoever carries their dead bodies shall wash his clothes and be unclean until the evening. You will regard them as impure.” (Leviticus 11:28)
Therefore the Hilazon is impure and abominable according to the Torah, just like the Radzyn Techeiles!
The original dye for tekhelet blue is woad, a pure plant according to the Torah.
Evidence of Woad has been found in ancient Egyptian fabrics, an ancient tassel in Qumran and as far back as the Neolithic times
Israeli archaeologists have found fabrics dating back 3000 years in Timna, and in these fabrics, there are vegetable dyes such as woad and madder!
In reality, Tekhelet, Argaman and Tola'at Shani are not animal dyes, but vegetable dyes! The woad made the Tekhelet, the madder made the Tola'at Shani, and when you mix a woad-dyed fabric in a madder dye, it makes purple, since blue and red give purple!
What is the most telling is that it is mentioned in the Mishna that a Rabbinic decree regarding a kohen whose hands have been stained with Isatis Tinctoria or Woad was made: 'A priest whose hands are deformed, may not raise his (hand) palms (to bless the people). R Yehudah says: "even those whose hands are stained with Woad may not raise their (hand) palms, because the people stare at him" (Mishnah, Megillah, 4:7). So here, all along, was evidence that the Kohanim worked with Woad. The only way for hands to be stained with Woad is to have them submerged into the bright yellow solution and upon removing, the oxygen in the air turns the yellow to a bright blue, bonding permanently onto the hands.
Woad, being that it was readily available and from a prolific plant, would have made it affordable for all of the Israelite people. Indigo was not available or imported till the Greek and Roman times and then was a limited, luxury product, so was not available to the Israelite people. Cuttlefish, Janthina and Murex Trunculus are all expensive because they are found in limited quantities and it takes many creatures to make a very small amount of dye. This would have made it impossible for all of the Israelites to be able to afford, let alone have enough available for purchase. Also the new information that the Murex snail couldn't have even produced a blue dye until the invention of clear glass made it unavailable at that time.
Clear glass was essential to expose this dye to ultraviolet light, to allow the Murex dye to turn blue. Alas, clear glass was not realized until about 100CE. Wikipedia says; "With the discovery of clear glass (through the introduction of manganese dioxide), by glass blowers in Alexandria circa 100 AD"...
The last thought I'd like to leave you with is that if the Murex snail dye did not give a blue in ancient times, then the archeological finds of blue indigo, earlier that 100CE can never be attributed to the Murex indigo dye!
So, the true source of Tekhelet is the woad !
it was a little knowledge that I wanted to pass on to you 😊
Shalom ouvrakha (Peace and Blessing to you) in the name of the Lord Yeshua Imanuel Hamashia'h Ben HaElohim (Jesus Emanuel the true Messiah, son of God).

Interesting thing is that in Russian translation it doesn’t say children of Israel, it says sons of Israel.

you should check the original language by using an interlinear to see whats a better translator, because if it says sons then do we think the commandment is only for the males?

    Shalom
I think that in order to make an intelligent conclusion of the commandments and specifically about whether women should wear zitzit or not, we must include and be aware of all the related verses; for example in Deutoronomy 22:5 it says that men and women should not wear the same clothing therefore your conclusion about women wearing them may present a transgression. I think that in your own video you show this transgression by showing a young couple both wearing the same pants and tzitzit
It is just an observation for a deeper meditation to seek revelation
    Shalom Alechem

The tzitzits are fascinating indeed. And they are a stellar example of the Jewishness of Jesus. But I have a question. How does your understanding of Numbers 15 being obligatory upon Christians cohere with the Jerusalem Council's decree in Acts 15.1-29. There is a clear distinction made by the apostles between ethnic Jews and Gentile believers not only in this text but also in Acts 21.25. The same seems to be what is going on in Galatians. I have not issues in the slightest with a person wearing tassels. I am not convinced that such a practice is obligatory for Gentiles who are now citizens of the Israel of God.

Acts 15 is to be considered a starting place for the Gentile believer. As the story line continues Gentiles are instructed to continue attending Sabbath services in order to learn more about the Torah.

Most people have only heard versus and they’re taking out context by the modern church. If you keep reading in verse 21 it says, “For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.”
      ‭‭Acts‬ ‭15:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬
They were expected to study and hear the Torah in the synagogue. The reason that Peter was eating with gentiles when Paul reviewed him for avoiding the gentle‘s because other he rue believers were there is because they had already cleaned up their diet.
When I read the scriptures I am amazed at how it seems like I’m reading things or hearing things for the first time. Because most pastors do not rightly divide the word of truth. You will find in the Old Testament what you find in the new testament we have to get those doctor out that says the Messiah did away with the law he told us he came not to destroy the law but to fulfill it.

A goy is not in covenant. Anyone who seeks the Most High is expected to be in covenant as the Most High wants everyone to be. There is no segregation. One Torah or instruction for everyone.

@@followerofyahushua3101Interestingly, majority of English versions are corrupt in that chapter. It doesn’t say “Torah”. That’s because of corrupt RC cult agenda. Either people will do what Most High says or be lost and trust the world and then lose everything when shtf.

If you want to wear it because you like it that's fine but don't act like we are held to the wall because we're not. I definitely believe in sanctification and not living in sin but you're talking Old Testament legalism which Paul and others warned against

Most High says not to have relations when the wife is on her period. Paul or any man is not the Most High. Either do what He says or don’t. If you think it’s ok if someone worships idols, then I question your relationship with the Most High. Would you have eaten the fruit the Most High said not to in the garden? Just because the nachash (snake) said “you will not die” was partially correct, would still do it?

O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
    Galatians 3:1‭-‬16 KJV

The curse of the law is the curse that comes upon you when you disobey the law. Messiah freed us from the curse of sin and death from breaking the law. You receive blessings for obedience and receive curses for disobedience (Deuteronomy 28). Your faith should be producing good fruit by keeping His commandments. Blessings.

You're not saved by grace through faith. The false apostle Paul taught that. Jesus taught a completely different message.
_" ...... If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.”_ (Matt 19:17)
_"But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.”_ (Matt 7:26)

Stop appropriating other peoples religions. G-d was talking to his chosen priest hood the Jewish people not the nations of the world. Stop using G-d”s name in vain. Repent your Roman rooted idolatry by making G-d in the image of man.

The Jews were waiting for the Messiah. The Messiah came, and those who choose to be followers are Messianic. There are Jews ans Gentiles who believe in the Messiah. There is no religious appropriation going on here. It’s an attempt to get back to religious roots because YHWH told us what He likes and Christians care to take that seriously.
