So glad I went through this video. I had started my way through the dough to make a particular kind of croissant. But unfortunately my dough, for the first time, was truly acting up.... I managed to fix it but I was no were close to my recipe. While browsing through videos I came across this one. Amazing! She has children, creativity and croissant fillings! Exactly what I needed! She ends...giving me the assurance that "It's just a dough....go ahead and do what you want!" Thank you for saving my day!
