Frank counters colette if she doesn't have super because frank the less health he has the fasters he attacks so colette is cooked against frank, she's literally buffing him

Bro just dropped Melody into the F tier, killing her usefulness in the only mode where she can be played normally. You cannot take away her ability to create notes from nps, she is literally useless without them, since her entire meaning is built on these notes. Just increase the number of hits needed for the super and add a 1 second delay between super uses and then it will be quite balanced.

The damage thingy is what makes him special, he doesn't need that much changes here's what I would do: °Health decreased 11,000 - 10,600. °Draco can't recharge his super. Or °Last Stand Duration decreased 2 - 1 seconds.
Kit nerf: Make him lose some of his super charge rate when he activates his box gadget. Second, if you jump on a teammate it will heal fewer the more hp the brawler has. For example Frank or Draco would get like 200 per second while Nani, Bea, Barley get like 700 per second. Nasty Kit combos shouldn’t exist like this anymore
Draco's only problem is the gadget's duration. Byron nerfs will make him even worse than before his buff. You are making it the worse version of Crow's gadget. Colette doesn't need any nerfs, she is just good at countering the meta. Never do balance changes again.

I disagree with byron nerfs. Do you remember how byron used to be? When he used to take 4 ammo to charge his super? He became TRASH for 1 years and even with several buffs he got it didnt help until they reverted the nerf. Also melodie is balanced. She isnt even played much anymore. The HP nerf made her balanced cuz it affected her gadget too.
For me kit for being perfectly balanced should have this little rework: when kit uses his super on the enemies he doesn't recharge his super but he can only charge it with normal attacks, when kit uses his super on his friend brawlers he can't charge super with his thrower normal attacks but he can be hit

I FRICKING HATE LILY!!! All her strategy is either get close to enemy by using portal gadget or escape with it when you’re health is low. You know its hard to kill Lily because when you’re just about to kill her she immediately activates the gadget and recover her health.She is already dangerous when she gets her super like you know that you shouldnt waste your ammo and keep your distance against her. I hate playing against her!!! I think 2 ammo slot could stay but JUST REMOVE HER PORTAL GADGET! frank's reload speed doesn't really get buffed when hes low, its just that it stops reloading when you attack giving the illusion that its faster when the attack is shorter.
A melodie rework idea should be "Melodie can't spawn notes from hitting non-players (like heist safe, turrets, power boxes...)" just like bea's situation. That way she can't melt the safe within seconds

frank's reload speed doesn't really get buffed when hes low, its just that it stops reloading when you attack giving the illusion that its faster when the attack is shorter.
Kit: Yeah ill make Kit heal 11700 (or 195% of max health) per one super
Byron: no way he heals 2280 per one attack, thats too much
Max doesn't need a nerf, she's just high skill cap
While balancing these brawlers he puts music but some are so fire like: Byron and Collette
But some are garbage like: Melodie and Angelo
A melodie rework idea should be "Melodie can't spawn notes from hitting non-players (like heist safe, turrets, power boxes...)" just like bea's situation. That way she can't melt the safe within seconds
Well that' would create other problems like making her take way too long to kill nitas bear or opening a box in showdown.

Well Melodies reload speed is nearly twice as long as Bea's and Bea's uncharged shots deal 1600 damage and Melodies deal 920 damage.

Main issue with kit is his power hungry star power . It makes him beast in showdown and trash at All 3v3 gamemodes . It should be removed and replaced with something which would make him more supportive brawler

meg - little gap between her shots so players can dodge some (like pam)
lily - 35% dmg nerf
lily - lily has to wait a little longer to attack twice (like charlie so she cant spam so fast yk what i mean)
