The problem comes when you have 120 minute+ delays and don't even attempt to provide alternate travel. Then there's no managers about because they seem to think the railway is a 9-5 Monday - Friday thing (I've had one of your train crew tell me that). We get that shit happens but how you shovel it makes the difference.
"How difficult can it be to keep the trains running on time?" Must be really difficult because they're never on time 😂but don't worry, they'll keep upping your fare every 6 months
I think when I turn 21 (I'm 12 right now) I either want to work for Northern Or LNER but I have Experince with Northern since I use Northern all the time when going on the Train!

Maybe you should introduce new trains to replace your existing rolling stocks but to keep the Class 170, Class 158, Class 331, Class 323, Class 319, Class 769 and Class 195.
If it is so hard to operate as a network wouldn't it make sense to break it up? Right now the service is really struggling and passengers and staff are starting to suffer from it. How can people rely on a train service which is constantly cancelling trains and leaving their customers in precarious situations for hours at a time while constantly increasing prices (my ticket into my local city which should take 20 minutes costs more than it would for me to buy a day ticket on the London Underground!)? If you really expect everyone to stop driving and rely on public transport then it actually has to work. I realise this video is saying that it is very difficult but the network used to work brilliantly, even just a couple of years ago!
