Formula 1 High Octane Highball

Add the following to cocktail shaker -
2 oz mezcal
1 oz lime juice
1 oz spicy honey
1 dash of tajin
2 jalapeno rings
Add ice and shake well
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice and rimmed with spicy honey and tajin
Top with spicy kombucha
Add another jalapeno ring and lightly stir
