I have really vivid and weird dreams that sometimes feel indistinguishable from reality, some of them recurring and/or having weird...properties, like feeling they last for days or even weeks, to the point where I wake up severely disoriented. I relate to the imagery in this story a lot, I wish there more dream-based horror stories like this.
