Patients like this one are the reason the Hippocratic Oath exists. Anyone else would have probably just let him slip away.
People like this guy have no business getting married and having children. His wife was right to leave him at the end of the episode.
His son matters more than other children because he has a responsibility to his son that he doesn't have to other children. You brought the kid into the world, you're responsible now. It's that simple.
All of that and he got a $2.3 Billion dollar hospital bill in the mail a week later
“Give me a bad idea. Maybe I could turn it into a good one.” Classic House.
You have to scare away the hiccups. Chase him around the room with an aerosol can.
Hey guys. If you can’t say your own child is the most important thing in the world to you, don’t have kids.
Being married to somebody who is always on sounds exhausting.
I don't like the way this guy devalues his own son. Only the innately
If you truthfully think about your kid like he does, heres a rational reason to care more about them than your other kids: most other kids have a dad, yours wont if you ignore them
“He’s gonna need to drink clean water”
I absolutely hate hiccups and last year I started getting them all the time for literal hours. Sometimes I would even be woken up in the middle of the night with them. I started having panic attacks when they began because they would go on for so long I would be in physical pain, despite trying every "solution" in the books.

Cameron and thirteen in the same episodes those are simply amazing, the good old times and the new exciting ones mixed up, Thankyou,
I get migraines. I had never passed out from them but I was grocery shopping one evening and passed out without any warning. For 3 months following that, I was very dizzy. I took all kinds of tests, had a cat scan and MRI, and inner ear test. My neurologist concluded that I had passed out from a migraine and the dizziness was caused from hitting my head when I fell. I gradually recovered and never passed out again, but sometimes I get vertigo with my migraines now. People develop strange health issues
I had off balance when I was getting sick with multiple sclerosis!!! I have the slow progression of it!!! I now do trigger pain shots to control my symptoms now..I'm still on serious meds for my ms..
I love Houses last words that the one time he made a compromise almost end up killing him how ironic. So basically because of that, he'll probably never doubt his standards again.
When I get hiccups the only way I can get them to stop is to get embarrassed. Really!
Some of the medicine on the show is great, some of it is stretched for dramatic effect, and then there's the way House has multiple times prescribed "Chemo" for a cancer that hasn't been identified/they're not even sure exists.
Patient was not moving any body part while screaming in pain.
