Its interesting why some people get so much better so quickly, I am guessing someone like Craig was probably submitting pretty good people when he was just a white belt.

The answer is simple. You study what the best in the world are doing. This is why the "GJJ" gyms go nowhere. They are teaching low percentage techniques from the 90s.
Sub meta is awesome. I hope they all do a course like structure like Lachlan ghiles started sub meta. Come on Craig help your old coach b team do courses please? Lachlan sub meta is awesome I would love to see courses from Nicky rods wrestling, Nicky Ryan courses of escapes and Craig jones MMA vs Sambo in courses. I dunno Lachlan has a really good sub meta. B team could really add some good courses

A big reason to want to roll with you, is to see how it actually feels to go against competition level jiu jitsu, how easy is it for you to do whatever you want, what kind of sweep would you use in certain positions, how strong is your grip specifically.
